Worked perfectly well and great price
I was replacing and ugly coat closet in my dining room and decided to build a liquor cabinet into a hidden door. This hinge was what I needed without spending $200 like some other hinges with an identical concept. I'm a female DIYer with self taught woodworking skills, so detailed instructions would have been helpful but they didn't exist. I used YouTube to figure out placement tips on installation and then the actual installation was fairly simple. The right tools for recessing the hinge are definitely necessary.

A bit tricky to setup, but works as expected.
My initial order was defective, but they quickly replaced it. Works as expected for my bookcase/ linen closet.

Was a little hard to install but works once you do
The directions weren't very clear, but I finally got it figured out. It seems to be working and holding up well.

Weak hinge pin
The hinge pin broke before I could finish the door. I had just finished the door frame which only weighs about 25 pounds, and before I put the plywood skin on the frame the top pin broke. This is an inconvenience and sets my project back until I can come up with a solution. I would not recommend this product.
