Silver Birch Aluminum Fountain Pen Fine Nib with Metal Box Set By Hongdian

I have a modest collection of fountain pens and was looking to purchase a relatively cheap one for use with some exciting shimmer inks. Someone recommended the Hong Dian sobi started my search and came across this. I won't lie, the colours immediately caught my attention and for the price, it was worth trying. I am so glad I did. The nib is a fine but I'd say it feels more like a medium-fine and it a stiff steel nib. It writes smoothly from the box...and when I say 'box'...I mean it's own storage tin that it comes with. I have spent more money on pens that don't have one. This also comes with a converter so it's use able from the moment you get it (if you have bottled ink that it). It has a good weight to it, and although it's probably my heaviest pen, I had no problems writing with it for a length of time. The pen posts but feels a little top-heavy so I don't post when writing, but I did mark this down on star for comfort as I don't think I could spend a whole day holding it. I'm sure it won't be my last Hong Dian pen that's for sure.

I like this pen a lot. I was fed up running out of disposable pens and wanted to buy a useable ink pen with no cartridges. The ink filling system works really well when you understand it. The nib is smooth and I was able to write away with ease from the start. I find the pen comfortable to hold. It looks and feels like a great quality pen. The case it comes in is simple and basic but it protects the pen well being metal, so I have continued to use it rather than have the pen bashed about. I use it with Parker Quink. I would recommend this pen.

This pen came with a converter, once filled up it started writing almost instantly. It is a smooth nib and writes well. The pen is slim and light, so if you prefer a larger pen this may not be for you

I think this is a great fountain pen for the money, using it every day, good weight and writes smoothly.

Pen arrived on time it was well packaged I ordered a fine nib as a change to a medium nib, but whereas my other pens from the same manufacturer were smooth and had goog ink flow the nib seems scratchy and doesn't seem to a smooth flow of ink. Also although the nib is marked fine it's feels like it might err one the side of extra fine. This is a pity as I would have loved to have this coloured pen with a fine nib.

This is a lovely pen, everyone who uses it (brides & grooms) comments on it. It writes lovely too with its fine nib. Its also very easy to refill. Would recommend.

Sehr guter Füllfederhalter, sehr guter Tintenleiter, tolles Schriftbild. Habe diesen Füllfederhalter auf YouTube entdeckt und habe ihn ausprobiert. Habe mittlerweile alle Farben, die F-Feder und die gebogene Feder zum Kalligraphieschreiben. Die Federn ansich aus China/Japan sind ja immer so ein bisschen Glücksache. Ist die F-Feder eine F oder doch fast eine M-Feder? Beim Hong Dian ist die F-Feder in der gold-silber Art meist eine M-Feder. Schreibt sehr schön glatt. Die Feder muss nicht nachbearbeitet werden. Die EF-Feder habe ich erst gar nicht gekauft. Die wäre mir zu dünn. Beim dark blue ist auch die Feder schön blau. Sieht sehr esthetisch aus, passt sehr gut. Die F-Feder, beim dark blue und black schreibt sich auch wie eine F-Feder. Beim black ist alles ebenso, wie beim dark blue, halt nur alles in schwarz. Sieht ebenso sehr esthetisch aus, alles schwarz in schwarz. Habe jetzt noch den Mustard in 0.5 bis 1.2 bestellt. Update dazu folgt. Insgesamt ein sehr guter Füllfederhalter für wirklich kleines Geld. Macht auch als Geschenk echt was her. Absolute Kaufempfehlung. Man macht hier nichts falsch.

Estoy escribiendo un libro con mi esposa y nos damos ciertos caprichos en instrumentos de escritura para que 'no se apagué la chispa' de escribir. Está es nuestra primera pluma (de hecho es la mía, la azul (ella se compró una negra)) y después de probar con bolis y rollerballs este era el siguiente paso... y qué paso, es como conducir un Ford Mondeo del 95 y pasarse a un Lamborghini Murciélago, no hay color. Esta pluma en concreto es poesía, es romanticismo en estado puro, compré punta fina y tinta Parker negra... la combinación es un matrimonio perfecto que al deslizarse sobre papel Oxford te crea sensaciones únicas al escribir, nada se le compara. Al rellenar el émbolo de tinta y montar la pluma la escritura fue instantánea, nada de esperar a q baje ni historias, el trazo es hermoso e incluso mejora mi letra! Mi esposa lo agradece xq ya no tiene que descifrar mis jeroglíficos jajaja. Recién la estreno y veremos q tal se comporta xq al ser zurda y tener una manera de escribir algo particular suelo tener MUCHOS problemas con que no me escriben bien a pesar de tener tinta (en bolis o rollerballs) a ver si la pluma es la solución a mis problemas. El precio es barato para lo hermosa que es, toda de metal, con un peso en mano equilibrado y llena de detalles y matices.... menudo regalo.

⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️ Ottima stilografica, perfetta per completare il mio set Ho acquistato questa penna stilografica per completare un set di due penne e si è rivelata una scelta davvero azzeccata. La qualità costruttiva è ottima: la penna è solida, ben equilibrata e molto piacevole da usare anche per sessioni di scrittura più lunghe. L’ho caricata con inchiostro rosso Pelikan e il flusso è risultato subito regolare, senza interruzioni o sbavature. La punta scorre con grande fluidità sulla carta e rende la scrittura precisa e uniforme. Anche dopo diversi giorni di utilizzo, non ho riscontrato problemi di avvio o perdite. Nel complesso è una stilografica affidabile, elegante e dall’ottimo rapporto qualità-prezzo. Perfetta sia come penna principale sia, come nel mio caso, per completare un set dedicato a inchiostri diversi. La ricomprerei senza esitazione

Beau stylo livré dans une boîte métallique. Alimenté avec de l'encre Waterman noire. Belle écriture fine. Stylo agréable à utiliser,le chapeau est lourd gênant à l'utilisation.,eviter de le mettre pendant l'écriture , en conclusion, excellent stylo.

Hartstikke leuke vulpen, de kwaliteit is zoals verwacht van Hongdian, gewoon geweldig!
