Get a good checkup every visit that my gums are healthy. I also floss regularly too but this makes my gums feels good, it isn’t harsh and it’s effective.

If you have painful teeth & gums this is the toothpaste for you. I tried a couple that the dentists have recommended and they did nothing compared to this. Needless to say I was definitely pleasantly surprised and thankfully pain subsided
