Bought this to address some interference issues I was having with a Bluetooth mouse and - after several days of testing - am happy to say this Bluetooth antenna is a complete success! I'm running Windows 11 and - as the provided instructions stated - I needed to utterly disable competing Bluetooth drivers for this one to work just fine. The instructions are a little old (I suspect used across multiple models over the years) and mention a CD - which wasn't included or necessary for me as Windows 11 had all drivers to hand. Now this is the caveat; although not an issue for me as I'm comfortable tinkering with things, I did have to enter my PC's BIOS to disable the on-board Bluetooth for my new antenna. Something to bear in mind for those who don't like mucking about with settings... For my purposes I'm very happy; my interference issue is resolved, the range provided by the antenna seems gargantuan in comparison to what my on-board Bluetooth provided and everything is running smoothly. I would have no issues buying this again if needed.

Hatte Zweifel ob er unter Linux läuft, aber nach Installation der Firmware-FIles wie in einigen Forenbeiträgen geschrieben läuft er bisher stabil und protokolliert meine beiden Bluetooth Thermo-/Hygrometer H5105 von Govee durch Betonwände/Kellerdecke hindurch unter Home Assistant.

To be honest, I wasn't really expecting much when I ordered the Bluetooth USB Adapter. I had been using my computer's internal Bluetooth, but it was pretty limited in range, and I couldn't move very far without the signal becoming finicky. I figured for the price, I may as well try this Bluetooth USB adapter so see if I could even get the additional 3meters (10ft) range I needed... There really wasn't much packaging to speak of, and the adapter (including the antenna) didn't exactly look very impressive, so I wasn't holding out much hope on getting very much range improvement than my computer Bluetooth was already giving me... Looks are deceiving, and the range blew me away, and far exceeded all expectations. Now I can not only wear my Bluetooth headphones all the way to the other end of the house (with no signal loss); I've even been able to wear them out the front door, and all the way to the street... I've even been able to wear them all around the outside of our house, and even to the back alley behind our backyard storage shed. It's definitely been fantastic value and performance for the price NOTE: I was hesitant about having to disable the computer's internal Bluetooth [in Win11 settings], which is required in order to use the USB Bluetooth device, but my concerns were not needed -- it worked perfectly once I plugged it into my USB3 port, and has been performing flawlessly.

1) al usarlo la primera vez (y los primeros 4 días) estuvo aceptable, si lograba mayor distancia de recepción (VS mi laptop HP) en mis audífonos inalámbricos, sin embargo no logra los 100 m q indica. Hoy quinto día de uso ya me marca errores en drivers, intentaría buscar drivers en internet y tratar de ver si jala, pero prefiero invertir ese tiempo en devolverlo

I've struggled with other Bluetooth dongles. Some wouldn't play music without frequent breaks in the audio - making them unusable for use with bluetooth headphones. Another, really troublesome dongle (that I'm stuck with) didn't recognize my mice - sometimes it did, sometimes without warning, it stopped. The awful adapters were just unusable. NOW - THIS ONE is working fine. I already had the latest Bluetooth driver, so this adapter was easy plug and play. All I had to do to get this to work was screw the antenna onto the dongle (it probably works without the antenna) and plug it into a USB port. My two Bluetooth mice work fine - they stay connected and are ready to use when I pick them up or click on the mouse (my Microsoft Bluetooth mouse goes into sleep mode after a period of non-use, but a simple click brings it to life.). Earbuds and Bluetooth headsets are supported and audio is good. Don't waste your time or money on other Bluetooth dongles -- THIS dongle actually works.
