This has been great in my classroom. I have had it up all year and it has helped me organize the student jobs. There are blanks cards to create your own jobs, which is really great and tons of strips for student names. I took one star off because the plastic sleeve strip that holds the title card "classroom jobs" , (at the top of the board) stretches out really badly. It arrived loose so the class jobs card nearly falls out. You have to pin back the plastic sleeves to stay in place. The other plastic sleeves don't do this but the top one does. Another teacher in my school also has this exact same job board and hers is doing the same thing. I would recommend attaching this sleeve firmly to the board somehow as it just gapes open and it looks really sloppy or falls out unless you pin it yourself.

I really love the look of this and what it comes with, however there is one big downside. No matter what white board marker you use, names are rubbed off or disintegrate off by the end of the week without even touching them. I do not want to have to keep rewriting their names throughout the week, so I use popsicle sticks.

If I didn’t desperately need it in my class, I would have sent it back. A few of the clear pockets are scuffed so when you put the job tags in you can’t read them easiest. Luckily I only currently need 6 pockets, so I can work around this quality issue.
