Took delivery of the pan a couple of days back and as I'm a 'one pot wonder' man, I'm 3 dinners in. First impressions are that it's a good sturdy and solid pan. I purposely did a paella on the first meal and left it well alone and there was absolutely no sticking to the pan. 2nd meal was a stir fry and again no issues. The only thing to be aware of is that the base is really solid and therefore heats up better than other pans. The chicken I've cooked has been tough which never happens, so very likely means I need to reduce the temperature of the pan which saves fuel. We'll give it a couple of months and have a look but so far I really like it.

It is very heavy, but well made and with a lovely large capacity. There isn't enough room for a fully grown elephant, but it would probably be able to take the weight.

Love this pan , maybe big but most splashing stays in the pan. It’s great for preparing large or small meals.

Great quality pan. Light compared to other same size pans. Cooks evenly and is truly non stick. I only wash by hand, never in the dishwasher. A small niglie, Sauce based meals especially tomato based, stick into the grooves even when watered down and left overnight to soak. Boiling water with dishwash liquid removes most of residue but not all. Needs further elbow grease with a soft bristle brush or sponge. Hopefully that doesn't ware out the non stick surface.

Non of that Hexclad nonsense with this one. A perfect pan, non-stick. Great heat distribution and cooking like you would expect from Circulon. Might even get another one!

All this time I've been using a wok to do cooking but now with this pan I can do a lot more. The lid was a vital part of my purchase. The pan is perfect for my one pot recipes and is easy to clean.

These Circulon pans are the best non stick pans that I have ever used.

These are very high quality pans, I also bought the 12" skillet. I had the 5qt saute pan, the previous model, but gave to my son a couple years ago. I just got around to getting another 5 qt one for everyday cooking. I do have a 10 qt saute pan that I use when I'm canning or have dinner guests. It is beautiful, cooks like in a chef's dream. It is deep enough for a meal for family of 6-8. Eggs do not stick, fast to wash then hang to dry. I did wish the handle was a little thicker, flatter so it doesn't twist in my hand but I got over it and compensate with the helper handle. The helper handle is great, it's a must for me for safety in moving the pan around.
