For quick, safe trips. This bag is an easy grab and use bag. It is a bit too large for a plane (having traveled with my bigger girl on a plane), but to keep them safely contained and haul them around easily, or in a pinch, this is a very well-built, quality, easy-to-use, and economical option. I also love all of the ventilation on the bag. It is well thought out and I love the extra care put into it’s design for people and pets. You can use it as a backpack or with the wheels… which are so fluid and make the bag very easy to maneuver. Like their regular double pet carry backpack (without wheels)… if you are tall it works better. If you are smaller (I am 5’8”), their single pet bag is perfect, but for the double-stack, it is riding down uncomfortably around my hips and not as nice or as comfortable to use. For short hauls it is no problem, but I wouldn’t want to hike more than a mile with it because of how it sits around my hips. For someone taller, it wouldn’t be the same problem. It does have padded straps and a waist and chest clip. If you want to get a double-pet backpack I would definitely get this one. The price is great. The quality is excellent. The company response is always good, and the wheels are an add/remove item- get yourself the wheels! I regularly use one of their single-pet backpacks for one of my small girls. I think one of the best uses for the double-stack pet bag is if you need something a bit larger for one pet that is good, but a great money value. This is it! Don’t forget, you can lay the bag down longways and use it as a portable pup bed/zone on a trip as well. A safe pup/cat space. This bag is constructed well and thoughtfully put together. Here are some additional considerations for use and choice of which of their bags you might want to purchase: 1. It breaks down easy and flat for storage, but there is nothing to hold all of the pieces neatly together- no bag or strap. This has been my only real complaint about any of their bags. I usually grab a bungee cord to hold everything together for storage. Problem solved. 2. This is the same and only complaint I have structure-wise with the double-up stack is when using it for one. When you take out the center separator/support piece for single pet use the bag loses some of it’s structure and support, because it is so tall and roomy. I’ve still used them just fine with my bigger girl, just be aware. 3. If you are going to use it for 2 pets- they must be small and able to lay in it. My two, small girls are 8-9lbs each and it was a bit tight, but doable. If you are going to haul 2 pets around for any length of time, or you need a bit more space or height- I highly recommend their 2-pet bag that lays flat, longways, like a gym bag on wheels (or you can carry it like a gym bag). It’s my fave for more than one pet. With a little sweet-talk, I can get all 3 of my girls in there for light travel-exploring and a quick, safe pulling around.

This cat carrier is just awesome and I get a lot of compliments from it. It goes back and forth and side to side with the wheels. You can carry it like a backpack as well. It's skinny enough that I can seat belt it in the backseat. I have three cats one of which is too big for it as you can see from the photo. The one that is too big for it likes to hang out and play in it.

Straight forward product. Took my two larger cats to the vet and back with it, and the cats did very well- material held up, convenient to roll/maneuver, easy to load cats in and out. Decent product, glad I grabbed it

This is one of the best pet carriers I've purchased that is designed to look like a luggage piece. I highly recommend it. Toy-sized pets, such as small cats and dogs, benefit greatly from the simplicity of this product's use. It features a pet compartment on one side and a storage compartment on the other side. The assembly instructions are clear and concise, and the product itself is quite simple to put together. The steel frame is both lightweight and robust, which is quite significant because carrying about a heavy one is not ideal while you are traveling. Because the ventilation in the carrier is so good, your pet will not become anxious from being confined in it. There is a pouch on the side that is perfect for storing dog waste. This is the perfect purchase for kittens and smaller dogs, and I highly recommend it!

This is my 2nd one of the Extra Large Double compartment Pet Carrier! We have 4 cats, so after getting one of these carriers I liked it so much that I got a second. Now I would not recommend the regular size! This extra large size is in my opinion for a normal size cat, not a Maine Coon or anything larger. Our 4 cats weigh in at 8.5lbs, 9lbs, 9.5lbs and 12lbs and this carrier is the perfect size for them. Sure my smaller three could fit into the smaller carrier but for just a few dollars more they will be more comfortable in this "extra large" one. It is really very easy to assemble. This carrier ahs solid nice wheels on it that you can put on when needed or leave on at all times. The material is strong and good quality. The only thing in deciding to go this route is that when my one girl that pees and/or poos when in the car I may have a bit more trouble cleaning this one out than a single shoulder-strap type carrier, but that is not a deterrent for me to have this two-in-one style.

Products isnt great quality. Also ok way to really clean it well. I’d suggest a hard carrier

I initially bought the one without wheels, and I loved it, I took it to the mall and the petstore with 3 kittens in the 2 compartments. It was great for getting the kittens used to noises and strangers. Then I discovered it came with the wheels so I got that one too. I took it to a huge cat show that was very crowded. The wheeled carrier helped me get the kittens to and from each show ring, without them getting scared by being carried through the crowd . I found it to be very sturdy, even the inner divider that makes the top a separate compartment. I was able to put two 5 pound kittens on each shelf comfortably. As a backpack, the 4 kittens were a bit too heavy for me, but with the wheels, it was fine. For an adult cat, you would fold down the shelf and just have on cat in the carrier. The carrier with wheels did not have a waist strap to support the weight of the backpack, which would have been good when using as just a backpack; the version without wheels DOES have the waist support strap. Both versions have heavily padded backs and shoulder straps, and an adjustable chest strap for added support. Both versions fold up easily for storage. I am very happy with this carrier.

This is the best $100 purchase EVER. Anytime I use it, people ask about it. It’s sooo comfy for the kitties with it being soft and all the vents. It makes traveling/vet visits super easy. Also, the pockets and backpack straps are on point. Def recommend!!!
