This is one of the best topical pain relief products I have found. The addition of the phenol really does help it penetrate deeper than other similar products that I have tried. The residue is minimal and doesn't leave anything visible. The only downside is that it does smell medicinal and kind of minty or like menthol. It doesn't bother me, but it does have a noticeable smell unlike some of the other products out there. If that's going to be a problem for you, then I don't recommend this, but otherwise this stuff is great. The bottles aren't very big, but since it is a roll on, there is minimal waste and you don't get any in your hands unlike creams and you can control precisely where it is applied unlike sprays so it lasts longer than you would expect for the size. I keep a bottle in my travel bag and my medicine cabinet at home. The smaller size is useful compared to the aerosol can I used to pack with me. I made the mistake of going hard on leg day, the day before I had a hike planned and this stuff saved the day. I don't think my legs would have been able to move that day if I didn't put this on the night before.

I’ve had two extensive back surgeries and knee problems I’m 76 years old for years that Tylenol helped slightly and I lived with the pain. I saw a review on this and thought I’d try it. It works! Roll it on. Within 10-15 minutes you’re feeling better. Not totally pain free but a whole lot better. I will never be without this product and order it wherever I’m half through the bottle. The smell is a bit strong at first but it disappears . I hope they never stop making this. It’s a total game changer for me .

I have bad joint pain and inflammation that keeps me up at night. Ice will work temporarily. This product is not only effective, but it’s very easy to apply. The roller is smooth. The bottle is easy to hold. I detest the products with strong menthol. This smells less like Vicks vapor rub 😆 and goes on and drives quickly so you don’t even have to touch the product/risk getting it in your eyes. It’s the appropriate amount of strength- it feels like maximum strength and that if you had additional active ingredients, it would burn.

This works well, but is extremely difficult to open. I had a delay in using the product because I had to ask several people before someone could open the lid. I have not fully replaced the cap after use because I will not be able to open it.

The product is very good, and works well for my nerve stinging, hands, arms and thighs, the problem is I had to cut the top off of the last two bottles, because no matter how hard I pushed the spots the top would not come off!!

This worked not bad. But trying to get it open, was horrible. I had to use a pair of pliers and then it wasted half the liquid inside. I would have sent it back, if I was not desperate for some pain relief.

Great buy and truly helped my knee pain within minutes. Doesn't take much and no need to apply daily for me. I'm sensitive to smells so added spray deodorant on top to block.

I was skeptical, but it does the job. Takes away minor aches and pains. No hot feeling to try to wash off. The scent is not overbearing, it does have slight muscle cream smell but not strong. And the roller applicator is nice no worry of it on fingers then touching your face, I like that.
