Adjustable Cushion Backrest with Luggage Carrier with Heavy Weight Load Support (RE Meteor 350)

The condition and quality of the spare parts are very poor. Some of the wires are bent, the required nuts and bolts are missing, and some parts are completely missing from the package. The extra fitting parts required for installation are also not provided. Additionally, the quality of the materials is unsatisfactory. Some parts appear to be damaged, and I suspect that used or previously handled materials may have been supplied instead of new parts. The packing was also very poor and the package was badly damaged when received. This is not acceptable for genuine spare parts. I request you to inspect this issue immediately and provide brand-new, undamaged, complete and genuine spare parts with proper packaging. Please arrange replacement of all damaged and missing parts at the earliest. Kindly treat this as a serious complaint and provide a proper resolution.

Good Quality but need to alter it for getting the backrest space additional cost of 500 spend to make it comfortable if this item was designed with the length of metror backrest extension it will be more worth of it

Quality is good and as stated in the specs. Only problem is that the same needs to be fixed by mechanic as a gap is created between seat and the screw. Rest is fine. Another major ossue is that pillion rider will face uncomfort in long rides as the railing is above the seat. Hence the same may be required to be raised too.

Poor quality pleaae dont buy this. The welding joints are very light,it got broken easily,look for a better option. The back rest is also used to hold the bike while moving or use with double stand but it is very low strength and not advisable for safety.

Seat connection and backrest support design is not per product description. But it can be used by doing little bit of jugad. Fasteners provided were not adequate. Product lacks fine finishing and material used is just okay. Disappointed to recieve a returned item without changing the return box. Will return it back as not upto the quality for the money and product is not as per description.
