This is the #1 product I recommend to my post surgical shoulder patients and athletes! It covers most size arms well! Giving circumferential coverage that is very much needed with shoulder issues! It has a soft liner as well but still recommend a hand towel between the cold pack and your skin to prevent hypothermia. It holds coldness at least 20 minutes and refreshes quickly. It is very pliable and not hard to position correctly. Well made. I own two for my own home and have had 40 people order one in the last two months. Everyone loves it.

It's 100 times better than a bag of ice but the strap that goes around the bicep is terrible. It's either too short or too long no matter how you wrap it. They need to redo the strap and make it functional. Other than that it's pretty great. Gets the whole shoulder cold. You just need to get the strap in a spot where it's tight enough to apply the cold but not too tight to cut off circulation, which isn't the easiest thing to do.

This is a great shoulder ice pack. The inside is smooth feeling on your arm.

I purchased this item to deal with a rotator cuff issue. I like the compression you can get with the velcro straps. Once you have it on, it's decently comfortable to use. Unfortunately, this does not get very cold nor does it last long. There is not much gel so while it covers a good area, it does not work very well. There are 2 sides, one was supposed to be colder than the other. This might be the case but it is negligible. I have resorted to putting a different cold pack underneath this one to direct more cold to my rotator cuff, which works for now. I would recommend finding another brand if you are looking for something cold.

I am so happy I bought this ice pack. It is a little difficult to put on but it's worth it. It gets the shoulder better than any other pack I have tried. AND it isn't all thT expensive.

This shoulder ice pack is fantastic!! I used it before and after surgery!! I loved that I could be in a sling and it had the flexibility to work with it. It easily wrapped around me and my sling. It is fairly light weight with a one size truly fits all adjustability!! The are part just laid over my arm. I needed ice in my arm pit as well. I took a small ice pack and put it in a cozy and it all worked very well!! I have also used it on my thigh & knee!!

Fits well, stays in place, once you make the sleeve it is easy to put on. It gets very cold, does the job.

Have been using only for 2nd full day but think it has really helped with pain management. The straps really HAVE to be made longer and notice that many others have said same thing. Find it quite heavy but can sit for the 20 minutes of ice time so not a problem. Certainly need someone to help you put it on since it is for shoulder injury.
