As presented. Not too resistant, but enough to give one a strengthening exercise. Easy to use and the instructions are useful. The handles are comfortable on the hands and easy to fit my hands. Good quality and a good item for the money. Exercise at your convenience.

Works well, delivered quickly!

Very heavy duty elastic and grips. I loop it under my foot and use the handles for arm exercises. I keep it by my bed and use it every evening. I'm 83 and the tension is just right for me.

These bands are durable and easy - not easy - to use. Easy in the fact that the exercises are doable and not easy in the fact that there is great resistance on the bands.

This is a sturdy band and is a great tool for a quick workout.

Too hard for me

No complaints about the product other than it is too short for my needs. I will need to return it. I tried to find a measurement given in the description but couldn't find it and so decided to take a chance. I would urge the company to clearly state the length of the cable in their description.
