I am really impressed so far with this mouthguard. I needed it to prevent grinding teeth, mouth tissue damage and waking with headaches, classic Bruxism symptoms. The guard was easy to mould (followed the QR code link for a video) and seemed to fit well. These are for a small mouth which works for me. At nighttime I felt it was really comfortable, you just wear one guard (from the pack of 4), on the upper teeth. I slept really well and definitely felt the relief from not clenching my teeth. Highly recommended for a low cost option rather than have your dentist custom make one.

Easy to mould, work okay if you can’t afford professional dental guard. Value for money

I understand why it comes in two sets. Unfortunately, I didn’t nail the preparation for the first one and couldn’t modify it in time. The second time (second pair) feels pretty good. Let’s see how it goes during the night.

This was advertised as Women's size but when it came it was only described as small. When I tried it out it was too small for my mouth. I am a very small woman with a small mouth so I'm not sure who it is intended to fit given it states it is unsuitable for under 18s.

The customer service I received as I was having trouble getting a good fit on the mouthguard was brilliant, the mouth guard now fits and hopefully will help!
