Can these be set to be constantly on? Not motion sensor? If yes, what's the battery life for it staying on consistently?

Hi, What is the battery capacite in mAh?

I have had these for a couple of months and not had to charge them yet. They are on my stairs so only come on when it is dark and I go up and down the stairs. Great value!

How long the light stay on before need to be charge again
