If you're looking for a premium flagship phone without spending the price of a brand-new model, this is an excellent choice. The phone arrived in great condition with little to no visible wear. It looked almost new, and the screen was free of noticeable scratches. Setup was quick and easy, and since it's the unlocked US version, activation with my carrier was straightforward. Performance has been outstanding. The Snapdragon processor handles everything smoothly, from everyday tasks like browsing and social media to gaming and multitasking. Apps open instantly, and I haven't experienced any lag or freezing. The display is one of the biggest highlights. Exactly as described. I switched from an apple to this and I will not go back. The learning curve was about 3 to 5 days. There is so many features on this and the camera is spectacular. The transaction was smooth and it was so easy to switch from one phone to another. This phone has a ton of storage and I will never have to worry about my storage saying full with all this room. I just can't say how wonderful this is. No issues and have been using it for a month now. I have added the pictures I have taken with this phone. So amazing

Do not buy from ecobuyphone. I had ordered a "excellent" condition Samsung s23 ultra refurbished. Recieved correct model but phone was a previously damaged and repaired. When i recieved phone, i noticed lower right camera had damage & rattled when shook but phone appeared to function properly. Few weeks of using it and screen cracked from normal use (no drops & has been in otterbox since i activated it with liquid glass as well) Was only cosmetic and small so continued to use 2 months later i had it in pocket and put keys in pocket, that causes it crack all way across in a different area from first crack. Went to ubreakifix to get a new screen. The screen completely disintegrated when removing. They called me and told me the screen was not an owm samsung & it was very thin. Apparantly this is a common problem for a cheap repair to get rid of phone. I was still ok with that & the 330$ replacement screen until they called back and alerted me that they had a new screen on it and everything was fixed and working great but tue phone couldnt be released because of a previois repair ticket being opened in this phone. Samsung wont allow them to trplace or repair until the previous ticket is resolved. Long story short, i now have a 500$ paperweight with no screen as they had to remove the newly installed screen before returning phone. The old was was too damaged to reinstall Buyer beware

I bought this phone expecting a bare‑bones device with weak signal. Yeah… no. This thing is an absolute beast. I can roll into a parking garage and still pull a couple bars where my old phone flatlined. The sleek screen and that nifty stylus give it real swagger, and the streaming speed is ridiculously smooth. This little beauty doesn’t just perform — it shows off.

Excellent working order. Great photo quality, which is what I bought it for. I could notice on arrival, I Very faint small indent or mark on the screen, but overall was satisfied enough to keep it. I tried the ultra 22 prior and had to return it, ultra 23 is what you want if you truly care about photo quality.

Excellent deal on a refurb Galaxy S23 Ultra. I had trouble getting Mint to work with it, but US Mobile with Warp works great. Really happy with my purchase. I’m hoping I can find a similar deal next year on the S24 Ultra as that will have longer Android updates. I think S23-S24 are the sweet spot as they’re not much slower than the newest models and the S-Pen no longer has Bluetooth on the newer models. Being able to use the S-pen as camera control is useful.

UPDATE: Unfortunately, after using this renewed phone, I've developed serious concerns about its condition and can no longer recommend it based on my experience. The phone initially worked well, but it recently started unexpectedly shutting off while still showing around 35–45% battery remaining. When I try to turn it back on, it behaves as though the battery is completely dead and needs to be charged. I also noticed that the back cover of the phone is now separating from the device on both sides. I contacted Amazon regarding the issue because my order page shows that the phone is eligible for “Return or replace items” through October 29, 2026. I specifically requested a replacement because this is my only phone. Amazon directed me to contact the seller, and after waiting for their response, the seller informed me that their store does not offer exchanges. Their solution was for me to return the defective phone, wait for them to receive and verify it, receive a refund, and then place a completely new order if I still want the phone. I'm extremely disappointed with this experience. I purchased a renewed phone expecting it to be properly inspected and functional, not to have battery-related problems and physical separation of the back cover after a relatively short period of use. I'm also disappointed that although my Amazon order page presents a return/replacement option, the seller will not provide an exchange and instead expects me to go through a return, refund, and repurchase process. kept the original packaging and am now working with Amazon to determine how this will be resolved

J'ai décidé de changer mon vieux Samsung S5... Oui un vieux cellulaire de 10 ans lol Premièrement : en ouvrant pour la première fois le S23 Ultra, je constate qu'il est comme un neuf. Aucune graffigne, le OS est neuf et il semble venir du fournisseur Télus, fournisseur canadien. La raison de cette affirmation c'est qu'il m'a demandé si je voulais installer des applications Telus. Cellulaire très réactif et aucune latence. Deuxièmement : Le OS s'est mieux à jour vers la version 14. Tout s'est bien passé. La version du UI a été changé à la version 6.1. Les mises à jour se sont faites en moins de 5 minutes. Troisièmement : les capteurs photos fonctionnent parfaitement. Rien à redire sur ces capteurs. Cinquièmement : Le "crayon" avec le S23 Ultra fonctionne très bien. Sixième : Il reconnait bien les réseaux LTE et 4G. Je pense pas changer rapidement pour le 5G. Le point négatif : aucun chargeur fournis avec le cellulaire. J'ai dû en acheter un neuf chez BestBuy.

Phone came in perfect condition, everything works as it should. The phone I received is real. I popped in my sim and it did work perfectly. I checked the hardware specs using an app called Devcheck I used a site called gsmarena (Look at photos to see link, when on the site in the search bar search up the phone name, I am not affiliated with this site just a tool I use to ensure I get what I pay for, they make reviews and stuff on phones) to see the phone specs as reported by them. There were some review claiming that the phone was bricked because the device was reported swollen or parts from other phones were installed on the device. That did not happen with me. Why is the device cheaper? I looked at all the specs of the device and in my opinion on the phone I received, I think the battery was replaced, the original battery is supposed to be 5000mah , the one that is in the phone as reported by the software is 4855mah. The phone does get warm when charging (I have an Anker Ace 45W charger with a Ugreen braided Usb c cable rated to 100w). Overall good phone but the only problem is the curved display it looks amazing and work well but it is very difficult to find good tempered glass screen protectors for them, also since the display is curved it takes away from the sides of the phone which can make gripping it more difficult also dropping it may be more scary due to the curved display. Overall the Phone is amazing looks great and is and is an absolute beast you get Samsungs amazing android skin and fantastic camera's but if you want to keep the phone looking new you have to get a good case (The one I have is the Sprigen Tough Armour a Medium between a regular case and an Otterbox), and it is difficult to find a good tempered glass screen protector. Conclusion: I always have a case and tempered glass screen protectors on my phone, and since the curved display makes finding a glass screen protector more difficult it makes me hesitant to recommend this phone for myself because I will drop the phone I'm not clumsy just happens sometimes. I do not want to have to worry about cracking the display. If you are not like me and do not care about the screen protectors then you must get a good case to protect the phone. Overall It's a solid phone the only caveat is the curved display. 8.5/10

Absolutely perfect!!! Brand new condition!!! Came in white box. Plastic film over screen. The device did not have one scratch, ding, or mark on it!!! Battery is perfect. I was so hesitant to buy a refurbished phone. S pen works perfectly. Best deal I could find for a two year old flagship phone. And I couldn't be happier!!!

Les photos sont nettes, détaillées, même en basse lumière. Le zoom est bluffant, c'est comme avoir un télescope de poche ! Et la batterie tient super bien la charge, même avec une utilisation intensive. C'est un point crucial et il remplit toutes ses promesses. Bref, si vous cherchez le top du top en matière de smartphone Android, le Samsung S23 Ultra 5G est le choix idéal. C'est un investissement, oui, mais il les vaut largement.

El teléfono es prácticamente nuevo, solo presentaba detalles de que estuvo almacenado mucho tiempo, pues tenía polvo en la bocina y en el puerto de carga (nada que con aire comprimido no se limpiara). La pantalla está totalmente limpia sin detalles, sin rayones, ni marcas de uso. La parte detrás también, no cuenta con absolutamente ningún detalle ni en el marco de la cámara ni tapa y menos laterales, solo presentó un ligero desgaste en la punta del S-Pen, afecta poco al usarlo, pues en ciertos puntos de escritura, no se marca como uno quisiera, pero es solo en algunos ángulos. Quise esperar a tener unas semanas con el para poder dar una reseña actualizada y con experiencia de uso real. El teléfono da una duración de batería extraordinaria, las fotos son una verdadera delicia, el rendimiento no falla en absolutamente nada, los juegos pesados los corre como mantequilla y el audio es ligeramente bajo en un volumen medio, pero pasando un poco de la media de volumen es absolutamente delicioso, entra en papel el segundo altavoz a hacer compañía. Por el precio no vas a encontrar nada que se le acerque ni un poco, es una verdadera maravilla.
