Quality magnesium
Before this, the only thing that worked to get me to sleep was magnesium that I bought in Algeria. Though not as many vitamins as Solyne, Nutrazul Active is the closest I've come to finding a replacement.

I personally like my magnesium in resolving tablets . These are a great flavor as well .Magnesium is good for muscle cramping ,in flamation. Head aches and many more problems for the body .

I need magnesium for a digestion issue. I used to use Voost, but the magnesium in that is a lot less than this product. This is definitely the better choice and I will continue to use it from now on.

Fizzle and Drink
I was looking for a ZMa that's drinkable. I don't like taking lots of pills, although, it usually ends up this way with supplements. These dissolve into water and create a "soda" of ZMa. I love it!
