Perfect clock, and sound machine. Not too complex, wonderful choice of sounds. I love that the display can be dimmed and you can have a choice of colored night light or not at all. I’m light sensitive at night so this was exactly what I wanted. It’s also not huge so it doesn’t take up a bunch of space on the night stand. It’s well built, seems durable and has usb, or electric plug capability. I sleep really well with the sounds and soft light.

Nice sound machine easy to use. Nice to have a button to brighten the time or lower the brightness. Like the colors I can pick for the machine. Mine was not working after 2 weeks and I emailed the company and they sent a new one even though I purchased this from Amazon. Nice size not to big I can take it with me everywhere. Easy to set the alarm.

We love this clock! We were just making due with what we had, but we finally HAD to get a new alarm clock after waking up several times to the announcements of murder victims on the only radio station our broken down clock could pick up. Don't need to wake in a panic, thanks. We don't sleep with our phones or anywhere near them, and we always loved waking to nature sounds, so this was a no-brainer. Tons of nature sounds and doesn't hook up to phones, which is probably a good thing for these do not have amazing speakers. They're not terrible, but clearly not high end. We love the variety of sounds and while some could be better quality and they could use some deep ocean options, it's really serving its use with delight. We use the timer to listen to a crackling fire as we go to sleep in winter, which has been nice for covering up the sounds of gunshots and sirens (yaaay city life). Overall, our quality of sleep has improved greatly since getting this, even if it's slightly loud and grainy. Could use just one more click down for volume, but it's not the worst. The brightness of the numbers is a dial, which is so much better than button because it's truly customizable and less likely to wear down with time. Absolutely suits our needs and surpasses expectation. I will update if it stops working or reduces in quality. Update: It's been over 3 months now of constant use, and we still love this. Sleep to it every night. Unlike the negative reviews, we've never had any issues with the volume increasing or decreasing in its own, and we still have all controls for sound machine options. We never use the night light, so maybe that's why ours isn't fried. The light is tacky and useless, so I wouldn't recommend buying for the light anyway. I hope this lasts forever. It really hits our every need, and it's so compact.

I have not had the opportunity to use this yet. I tested it out and everything looks good. What I like about it is the nightlight and the fact that you can see the time in the dark. There are so many options on the noise machine. I will try and update this overtime as to how it is holding up but for now it was on sale and for the price I think it’s a great product. Update: I love this little machine for how nice and bright it is to see time. The options of a soft night light is nice. But I agree with another review, the sounds leave a little to be desired. I love the night cricket sounds but on this machine it is awful. The white noise may be the best but also kind of all sound the same. I’m still trying to find the right noise for me. With that being said i still think it’s a nice little machine and would recommend.

Great alarm clock and sound machine! I got this to avoid having my phone in the room where I sleep. The sound machine feature is great, with tons of settings to choose from. There are not many alarm tones to choose from, but it does the job. One thing I did not anticipate is that when the alarm goes off it will automatically shut off the sound machine too, and you have to manually press resume on the sound machine if you want to snooze. Not my favorite feature but I suppose it's effective for actually making you wake up! I like that both the night light feature and the glow of the alarm clock can be dimmed all the way so that you have no extra light in the room. Great affordable option to minimize technology in the room while providing both sound machine and alarm clock features!

We recently started using the Buffbee Sound Machine & Alarm Clock 2‑in‑1 and have been mostly impressed. The selection of white noise and nature sounds is versatile and easy to switch between, which helps us wind down at night without distracting controls or lights. The sound quality is rich and soothing and truly helps drown out street noise. The alarm clock feature is dependable and the gentle wake-up sound is much nicer than a jarring beep. The display brightness is adjustable and can be dimmed to avoid disrupting a dark room. Setting everything up was easy and intuitive. On the downside the larger buttons can be awkward in the dark until you get used to them and the battery backup doesn’t last very long without being plugged in. I also wish the unit had a USB charging port for phones because it does sit right next to our bed. Overall this is a great addition to any bedroom if you want a reliable sound machine with alarm features. It isn’t perfect, but its calming functionality and ease of use make it worth considering.

Great alarm clock. A range of volumes which was great for me as I needed something louder. Size is nice and doesn’t take up much space on my dresser. It holds a charge for at least 2 days, but I normally keep it plugged in.

I’ve been using this clock for a couple months and so far I like it, but there’s some crucial features missing that most other clocks have that would make it perfect. I like the aesthetics of this clock and it looks great with my decor. I greatly appreciate that this clock came with the power cord, as many do not or they come with a cord that’s missing the electrical plug attachment. I love the buttons on this clock, they are easy to press and find when half asleep. There’s three raised dots on the snooze button, so it’s easy to feel for it in the dark and the clock is pretty easy to set up and is intuitive. I work third shift, so my room is extremely pitch dark and even the tiniest amount of light will appear as blinding, so I love how this display can be turned almost all the way off yet it’s still visible in such a darkened room without being so blinding, that’s a huge plus for me. I love that this clock does not talk or announce if it is on or off. My previous clock could only be turned off during the snooze cycle by pressing any button, after which it would then LOUDLY announce that that the alarm was turned off. No duh! Thanks for waking up my husband with that announcement! So I’m glad this clock doesn’t announce anything. Now for what I don’t like: the AM/PM on the display is kind of mushed together and isn’t very clear, but that’s minor since I know if it’s AM/PM anyway. I could select 24 Hour time if that was a bigger issue for me to know if it was AM/PM. I wish the alarm would go off with a gradual increase in volume like all the others I’ve ever had. The gentle wake-up is so much nicer than loud sudden blaring. It would be nice if the colored ring of the night light would match the light level of the clock display and not be only one brightness. There is no option to set multiple alarms for different days or the weekend or other users. Most other clocks have this capability but this one does not. But the biggest problem with this clock is it has NO BATTERY BACKUP! This is unheard of! This clock has a button cell battery that is only for saving the time and clock settings, but the alarm WILL NOT GO OFF IN A POWER OUTAGE!! If you have somewhere that you have to be don’t want to oversleep and can’t be late, then this is a big deal! Power outages happen, sometimes for a few minutes, sometimes they last hours, and with working third and my room being darkened and there’s no daylight to wake me, plus my husband is at his work already on a different shift and I don’t sleep with my cellphone in the room, it would be much too easy to oversleep and be late for work, which is not something I am ok with! So because of this I still have to set another alarm clock as a backup.
