I personally loved this. You can feel the vibrations, and the box amplifies the sound really well. It is at the correct hz 528.

Check the video that I attached to see for yourself that the 528Hz gregrion tone is spot on! Disclaimer, I'm using an android app, it could be off, I use two apps of this kind, one said it was close, the other well you can clearly see the results in the video! Great tone, definitely a healing frequency! Holds it's resonating sound for a very long time!

Works so well and the wooden box is a perfect resonator. I leave the fork in the box and leave it there on my necessities desk. Pinging it regularly when I feel like it or walk keeps the energy flowing.

The 528 hz tuning fork itself is worth the small cost of this set, performing as well as higher priced ones that cost twice as much. This is a machined tuning fork - not cast. The only negative thing about the set is the wood sound box, or speaker is not finished, and will need a coat of clear laqquer, and the tuning fork doesn't fit in the provided hole, it will need to be resized. But this is a high quality set, well worth the money.

I'm an art therapist. I like to throw sound therapy into the mix sometimes. This little fork is a bit lightweight compared to those that a professional sound therapist used on me. I imagine she paid a lot more for hers, and she didn't even have a box--which makes an impressive difference. Overall, it works better than expected so far, especially with those who suffer with depression. (Side note: an app on my phone indicates that it rings closer to 529 Hz, but is that the fault of the fork or the app?)

This tuning fork was able to produce 528hz accurately and its vibration lingers for a while even after the sound fades out.

its ok. not sure that it works to heal but sounds ok.
