I got this a week or so ago and I absolutely love it! It gets too hot in the summer here in Nebraska and I was ruining my insulin pens. I like the slim design because I only carry 1 pen with me at a time. I wish there were more color options for the slim but the gradient blue was on discount! (I can't afford much being disabled & don't qualify for disability benefits). It's easy to carry around and fits in my purse. I like that it has a QR code to scan in case you lose it. You add your information to the website & if found the person just scans the QR code and your information pops up! I didn't know it even had that feature!!! It keeps my insulin cold all day and I'm out all day helping my husband do mowing and I like to help the elderly with gardening. So far the quality is amazing! The insulated sleeve doesn't come with it! (That's another "find" I found on Amazon!)

Worked great! I used this to transport an injectable biologic cross country. I didn’t have any problems with TSA and no problems with the temperature.

Worked well for transport to and from our cruise ship flying from Dallas to Miami despite delays and missed connections.

This was fantastic for traveling with IVF medications while having to travel for work out of state. It kept my medications at the right temp for far longer than 24 hours, we had one day were there was no freezer to repack or a fridge and I was so worried it would fail. I love the temp gauge on top that showed me what temp it was at the whole time. I loved that it also looked like a water bottle so nobody questioned what they were. Overall 10/10 and am so glad I purchased.

The thermometer didn’t work. I selected the return option but didn’t realize I chose the label printing one. I tried to return it when I came back from my trip. It said I had until 10/12/25. Today is 10/10/25. However, now my printer isn’t working. So I tried to edit the return to let me get a QR code instead. It won’t let me edit. It tells me I have to cancel the return and then re-initiate it. So that’s what I tried to do. I hit cancel. I go back to the order to choose the return via QR code option. And now it’s telling me that my return window closed on 10/06/25. Really? Two seconds ago it said I could return it within the next couple days. Now it won’t let me do anything. I’m stuck with a faulty item. I should never have bought this item. There’s other reviews talking about the messed up thermometer. Clearly this is not an isolated case. In my photo you can see a little white line on the black screen. That line keeps fading in and out. It never showed the temperature. If I got a refund, I could at least recommend their customer service. But I can’t even reach out to the vender. There’s zero options after it tells you the return window is closed. So not only do I not recommend the product, I also don’t recommend anything from he company or seller.

This is great for travel, I went through TsA no issues with it . Kept it nice and cold during a couple day mailing as well! Love the color and the extra ice pack is great. Temp is spot on! Great value , easy to use and held my glp perfectly. Needles also fit in perfectly.

Fine for insulin pens but vials or cartridges for insulin pumps don't work great in here. Tried wrapping the cartridge in a paper towel but still got way too cold against the ice pack which takes up 2/3 the room inside the cooler. Wish someone would design a long lasting double vacuum for other types of diabetic medicine because as far as I can tell it doesn't exist in the market.

Excellent for meds that need to be on ice. I travelled 15 hrs with my meds. The ice pack inside was still very cold

I can't say it keep 60 hour cooling effect as our flight was 24 hour and need to change the cooler and but for small travel plan it's a good option
