Good Product for Sleep and Anxiety Management
Took for ten days and found good sleep and good mood in the morning. post which have been taking it off and on and really helps to fall asleep and wake up fresh.

Product is good. Works. But..
Product is good, it works. 1 capsule daily is enough to uplift the mood. But it can't cure sleep disorder if person is suffering from depression and anxiety. Overdose or long term use is risky because it might cause serotonin syndrome like situation. Otherwise take it according to the doctor advice with some other combinations for better results.
