Don’t be dumb like me, make sure you open BOTH valves on this thing and not blow out your gasket because you use channelocks to pressurize it with one off of the valves closed… Open the valve at the stem (pointed in line with the stem when open like most valves), then ALSO open the valve on the adapter piece when it’s on the low pressure nozzle for the car A/C line. You have to tighten it (turn it to the right) to open it. If you can’t pressurize this thing with your hand then something is probably wrong. Wear PPE too (gloves and eye protection).

When I first opened the cylinder I found metal shavings inside and a fairly dirty oil. Pretty disappointed already, I cleaned it out with mineral spirits and shop air. Then when I started to inspect the fittings I found metal shavings inside those too. This is poorly manufactured and very dangerous to use if you miss these metal shavings and introduce them to the inside of your AC system. I bought this to put some dye in my system and avoid the pressurized cans of dye, but I think that’s probably a safer (and cheaper) method at this point.

Ok, so most of you won't get the reference in my headline. That's fine, it's only Arnold Swartzaneggar anyways. Anyhow, it works like a huge syringe. You open to expand the tube, enter the contents you want, then close it release the air as you would a syringe, once you see the actual product start to come out, you connect the the low pressure side of the A/C system and finish squeezing to inject the liquid into the system. Therese not much more to it and it works perfectly fine thus far.
