This is a tasty spice. Not real strong and not as Caribbean as I would like, but I just use a nice coating of it. You do need to add some salt. Unless you don't want salt and that might be the idea why you buy this. But it's actually got good flavor. Just takes a time or two to get really used to it.

I'm starting to cook more, simply because this "All Purpose" seasoning make everything taste better. Whether it be chicken, fish, steak or seafood. This absolutely does the trick! The size is it comes in is Great.
