My husband got blisters just before he was going to run the half marathon, I ordered this and he said he couldn’t feel his blisters at all! I definitely recommend. He did have a blister plaster on and then this on top.

Very sticky and strong. Used to tape my feet for a 100km ultramarathon and it genuinely prevented blisters in the usual places. 100% would recommend.

Used to protect my feet from blisters on a hike, the best thing about this tape is that it doesn't come off easily, lasted on my feet for a whole week of hiking without coming loose or peeling. Did a good job protecting my feet from blisters, I still did get some but I lasted a few days longer than normal with no issues, the tape also definitely stopped any blisters from getting worse and becoming more sore. Only issue is that when the tape got damp it became sticky on the outside, making it difficult to get my socks off as they would stick to it.

Very good support if you are an athlete and exercise a lot. Good to strap around weak ankles. Sticks well and a there is quite a good amount on the roll; so good value for money. Speedy delivery and well packaged. Thank you.

Great for binding my chest, doesn't come off when sweating or anything, make sure to cover your nipples with it on ofc as its very sticky. Love this product for chest binding

Used for a 3 day martial arts course after spraining my ankle. Worked brilliantly. I could not have got through the course without it. Tips: You need to hold the tape onto your skin with a bit of pressure for 10-20 seconds after applying to get it to stick fully. It is then fixed. Do not remove dry, wet in the shower or bath and then peel off slowly as sticks firmly, but that is what you need. This not stretchy, it is not meant to be stretchy, it is designed to restrict movement in certain directions depending on how it is applied.

I bought this tape specifically for my 10-day trek TMB. It worked good in blister prevention. I taped all the hotspots on my feed, and replaced the tape daily before shower - which I realized now that it was not good practice, I was supposed to leave it on and eventually the tape would come off by itself. It has great adhesion. HOWEVER, on the 8th day of using this tape daily, I started to get bad reaction - the taped areas were red and itchy, which did not bother my trek. Once I got home after the trek, and stopped using the tape completely, the itchiness became a rash. I looked this up and it appears to be a fairly common phenomena. Some people get this rash so bad they have to see dermatologist. It is like contact dermatitis. The rash can be very itchy, unconfortable, and painful upon scratching as it tightens the skin. Both my feet were swollen for couple days after I stopped using the tape. It was been 12 days now , my feet are no longer swollen, the itchiness has gone down, however my skin where the tape was, is still very red and tender, it looks almost like tape-induced skin burn.

I heard so much rave reviews... like it was a miracle tape. But it disappointed me... it didnt last very long. I didnt even had water on it... it peeled off when I slept by itself in under 20 hours. Full of regrets. So expensive. Not worth it in my opinion.

I read about Leukotape on a hiking website so I ordered one to take with me for my almost 40km hike. I started having blisters halfway into the hike, so I slapped a few on my feet and they didn't move one bit. Amazing product, I will always bring them with me. They stick very well and are made from natural products. Highly recommended
