A little confusing, but quality.
This boom arm is a good purchase, I bought it with my Fifine microphone, the boom arm has excellent cable management for the USB hook up, but XLR is a different story. You'll need to manage an XLR cable your own, but other than that this boom arm is heavy duty, I've had it for a day testing and using it and here's my only complaints and enjoyment factors. The range of motion is insanely good, it's awesome, 360 and 180, even has a ball joint for extra movement of your microphone. Ease of use is as simple as it gets after you assemble it. Just move it around to your liking, play, make music or whatever it is you do. The ONLY complaints I have is the part you stick the arm in to hold it is a little.. Lacking? You need a somewhat thick desk, it can't be too thing or else it won't hold good. I had to place a small piece of cardboard for it to hold, and the assembly of the ball joint is a little confusing, you need to loosen it just enough to where the ball joint doesn't fall out and to where it can stick on the arm. I personally had to hold the ball join together as I tightened it to the arm. But other than that? The Value is great, you pay for something others would call cheap but this is close or even better than some professional boom arms. It's a very close competitor. Long story short, Good range of motion, Good bang for your buck, Ball joint assembly a little confusing, and the thing that holds the boom arm up is a little limited for thin desks.

High-quality, low-cost
This boom arm paired with my Fifine AM8 microphone has been a fantastic upgrade to my setup! It’s sturdy and low-profile, fitting neatly under my monitor stands, and the built-in cable management keeps everything looking clean (plus it helps keep my cats from chewing on the cords). When I’m streaming or recording, I can easily position and adjust the mic how I need it. Being able to bring it closer to my mouth has noticeably improved my audio quality, and since it’s suspended, it also minimizes unwanted desk noise. Overall, I highly recommend the BM88 for anyone looking for a high-quality boom arm at a low-cost!

Good, sturdy arm; Great price!
The microphone arm is great! Sturdy, I love that I can hide the cord, and it moves smoothly. I have mine relatively tight, so it takes a bit of effort to move. The ball joint that you screw the microphone onto is sturdy (I just wish the support was a little more open to allow it to move around more for repositioning). It does move up and down on the arm closest to the microphone, but NOT the arm closest to the clamp. The only other complaint I have is that the bolt doesn't screw all the way, so if your desk is like mine and is 1/2" thick, it won't tighten fully (I was able to resolve the issue with a thick piece of cork I have). Otherwise, it's a great support

Great quality for the money
For the money, this is a very good microphone arm. Easy to install took maybe 5 minutes tops. Excellent stability while still being able to move the mic position or swivel it completely out of the way. The low profile design is great for my setup since it doesn't block my side monitor like my previous arm did. Seems like it should be compatible with a wide variety of mics out of the box with the included adapter. My Shure mv7+ screwed right on without issue. Also very impressed with the nicely weighted base clamp that attached to my desk very firmly with zero wobble. The cable management built into the arms is also well designed and easy to route through.

Simple, rugged, easily noved
This is a surprisingly solid boom, low CG and about zero wobble. Even the clamp to desk is quality and perfectly does its job. Quality engineered and manufactured. With the articulated arm, and the socket end, there are enough degrees of freedom to suit anywhere I may want to have the mic, with my standing desk in any position.

Impressive Boom Arm
I don’t usually leave reviews, but the BM88 definitely earned one. This mic arm has been a great addition to my setup. The build quality is solid, and the low-profile design is exactly what I was looking for. I’ve used a few mic arms before, and this one outperforms all of them. It’s sturdy, moves smoothly, and stays right where I place it. It also doesn’t get in the way of my monitor or block my view, which makes a big difference. Honestly, I don’t see myself needing another mic arm anytime soon bc this one does it all. If you’re on the fence, I’d say go for it. It’s absolutely worth it.

Realmente es una muy buena opción; el soporte es de perfil bajo, te permite ajustarlo de diferentes maneras, así como esconder los cables en su interior.

Qualidade a cima da media, ótima construção e material...sem contar que esteticamente deixa qualquer setup lindo

Pros: Does the Job. Moves freely but with some resistance when screws are tightened down. Doesn't feel sloppy (at least out of the box, time will tell) You can tell its not 200 dollar Boom arm but in day to day use it doesn't seam like it will make a difference. Looks reasonably clean. It it just a single bar design. The logo on the front is a bit in your face but if you view the pictures I added you can see that I removed mine and it looks much better. Excellent mounting versatility. The thread adapters fit my microphone perfectly (Elgato wave 3 with gimble mount) and seams they would fit most any. Above all it can be mounted upside down to the bottom of the desk and the clamp can be removed to allow it to mount with a screw. The stand off that the boom arm mounts to is hollow with a flange at the bottom that works well with heavy thread pan head screw. Functional easy to use cable management. Covers slide off and your cables can be laid inside. It is big enough to fit both my headphone cable as well as Microphone cable. Cost. Its cheap and still will deliver the desired performance of most any recreational gamer. Cons: Ball mount to the microphone has limited range of motion. If your boom arm is at a downward angle, coming from the side of your desk, mounted on top, it can not be adjusted to bring the microphone all the way back to vertical. If your microphone does not have a side to side adjustment it will sit at an angle which is more then anything aesthetically annoying. you hopefully will be able to adjust the mounting location in such a way that its not an issue. Does not seam to be an issue when undermounting the mount. It also sits a fair ways off the desk. If your monitors are less then 4 1/2 inches off your desk the first segment of the boom arm will not clear them. I included some pictures of how I set mine up. Decided to write a long detailed review because I was surprisingly pleased with this product and hope be helpful to others in choosing their products.

The FIFINE BM88 boom arm is an excellent upgrade for any desk setup. It has a super sleek, modern design that instantly makes everything look cleaner and more professional. The build quality is solid and feels durable, with smooth movement that makes positioning a microphone effortless. It holds the mic securely in place without sagging and stays exactly where you set it. The arm extends and adjusts easily, making it perfect for streaming, gaming, recording, or meetings. Installation is quick and simple, and once it’s mounted, it feels very stable. The clean look and strong construction really stand out for the price. It pairs perfectly with desk setups that aim for both function and style. Highly recommend the FIFINE BM88 to anyone looking for a reliable, sleek boom arm that performs great and looks even better.
