Its solid enough and holds up but consider a wider one of you are using on carpet with deep underlay. This has a tendency to dig I'm making things more difficult. Apart from that its good at price point.

I was curious about what an ab roller could do for you, so I got one. This relatively cheap one seems to be built well and tbh I can’t see any way you could improve such a product by paying any more. To assemble, just put the metal rod in, put the two grips on, boom. As for if it works? Well I definitely felt its effects when I tried using it. Good workout. Very satisfying. Great addition to a home workout.
