タイトルの通りです、他の方も書いていますが映像は出るのですが音が出ません。因みに出品者の対応策も効果無しです。luetoothイヤホン等で対応しないと音は聞こえません。因みに出品者から代替え品を送ると言って年明けに送ったと言っている物が未だに届きません。出品者からの返答もなし、最悪の買い物をしました! 先ほど代替え品が届きました!ですが開封済みの明らかに新品でないものが催促した翌日の取り扱いで届きました。品物云々より取扱店が酷かったようです。
