Read the reviews and was expecting loads of lumps after mixing… but it’s absolutely fine in a shaker (I don’t have a metal ball in mine either) Mixes completely smooth, tastes good

Nice product fair price an taste pretty nice mixes well all in all very good if I had to complain about something the powder is very fine an sticks to you n the scoop lie glue gets everywhere but aside from that top product

Not my favorite
The drink is very thick, foamy and made me feel bloated and sick. I don't know whether all Casein protein are the same. Personally I don't recommend it.
