I really like this oven!!!
First, I love that this does not heat my kitchen like my oven does. The preheat time is fast, and cooking time is also fast. I haven't tried any of the programs. I started with a few of the included recipes, which I followed to the letter, then I started experimenting with those recipes to see how they work with other foods. The grilled asparagus recipe is an excellent one to start with. My asparagus came out wonderfully, but I found it is good to keep an eye on doneness until I understand how this oven works. After the asparagus, I tried salmon with the same method and it was perfect. As were the hamburgers and then meatloaf I tried next. I think one good point to this oven is that there is no one correct way to make anything. I really like the grill - it cooks quickly and efficiently. I suggest learning how to adjust the temp of the upper and lower elements - that is important if a food seems to be cooking too fast on top or on bottom. I have since baked cookies - they cooked in about 7 minutes per batch. French toast is amazing as was bread pudding. Get the hang of a few of the included recipes and then go from there. I even made really good 5 minute a day artisan bread. I have a small vintage Descoware Dutch oven that fits into the Nuwave oven. I baked a small loaf in the Nuwave exactly as I would in my regular oven and the bread was excellent. And I didn't overheat my house. The oven isn't complicated. I know there are an overwhelming number of ways to set it, and too many programs, and it all seems intimidating, but really, take the time to go over the instructions and understand what does what. I doubt I will ever use any of the programs - it is too easy to set it to bake, or roast, or airfry and then set time and temp, and maybe the top or bottom elements. I just check for doneness occasionally and it is so easy. That it will hold at very low temps is a real bonus to me. I like to make tempeh and finding anything that will hold a temp below 100 is amazing. Also, it is not huge - I have a smaller home and this fits on my counter without overwhelming anything. But I still have a lot of room inside to do about anything I want to. It does get hot, but I don't touch the top or sides when I use it and it doesn't radiate a lot of heat into the space around it. On the con side, I don't think this is the best airfryer that I have ever had - my old Paula Dean airfryer beats this hands down. It's okay, but I think its power is in replacing my huge oven for all those baking, roasting and toasting tasks. I also am not impressed with the rack that comes with it. I read reviews that said that rack is not really sturdy and I have to agree. With light foods it's fine, but I had a casserole on that rack and the weight made the rack sag and it fell out of its slots on the side of the oven. The company I bought this oven from responded immediately to my request for a new rack (excellent customer service!!) but it did the same thing, so I have to say it is a design error. But this is not a deal breaker. This oven is too good, so I will always use the air fryer basket/rack for heavy things and the regular racks for light things. That's just not a big deal. I am somewhat a gourmet cook, and I am so pleased with what I can do with this oven. Just be patient with it. I now use it pretty much every day and I would recommend it.

Love this!
Love this! I've had this for a few months now and love the various functions that this countertop offers. I've always had toaster ovens and this far surpasses the performance. It is nice and compact for my counter top and heats up fast cutting cooking time by quite a bit. I would recommend.

Great small oven!
This small oven is great. It cooks quickly and is very functional. I really like the option to differentiate the heat on top and bottom heating elements. I baked a pecan pie and set the lower heating element slightly higher than the upper. My pie baked perfectly in about 40 minutes and that is about 20 minutes faster than my standard range oven. I wish it were a little larger so a 9x13 Baking dish would fit but otherwise I have no complaints. I would rec this oven

Easy to use, great product!
I really like this oven, it's easy to use, has a smaller footprint, it's great for a countertop, and cooks the food quickly. I had a small learning curve, this oven cooks the food quicker than my former oven, so you might have to adjust time/temp while learning how it operates. I haven't tried the air fryer yet, but I will. There is also a very nice cookbook that comes with the oven, and I use it to adjust time/temp with my regular recipes. I did have an issue with overcooking a pizza. I used the box instructions instead of just letting the smart oven take over...my bad. I like the looks of it and ease of use...very happy with the product and feel I did receive good value for the price I paid.

Ease of use and easy to clean
The Nuwave Bravo Air Fryer Toaster Smart Oven has quickly become one of my favorite kitchen appliances. It looks great on the countertop with its clean stainless steel design, and it performs exactly the way you’d expect from a high-end smart oven. The 10-in-1 functionality is genuinely useful — whether I’m air frying, baking, toasting, or reheating, it handles everything with ease. The controls are intuitive and very easy to use, and I love that I can adjust the top and bottom heating elements anywhere from 0% to 100% for perfect results. The 21-quart capacity is surprisingly spacious without taking up too much room, and the temperature range (50°–450°F) gives me tons of flexibility. It heats quickly, cooks evenly, and the fact that it’s PFAS-free is a big plus. Overall, this oven works exactly as expected and has exceeded my expectations. If you’re looking for a versatile, good-looking, and easy-to-use countertop convection oven, the Nuwave Bravo is an excellent choice.

Fantastic smart oven, easy to use
I absolutely love this oven! First of all it was a very nice way and easy to store. If you wanna leave it on the countertop, it is small and does not take up a lot of countertop space. It does so many things. I love the confection part. It’s an air fryer a toaster, a smart oven you name it it does it. Easy to clean comes with several different accessories to make your cooking experience easier. I would highly recommend.

Cuts cooking times down and super easy to use!
We love this oven! It heats up quickly and cuts cooking times down. We've grilled burgers, baked stuffed shells, and are really impressed. My older stove takes forever and to much gas to heat up, never mind cooking. This was an awesome solution for a really good price. I really like that you can fit a pizza stone in it, and the probe works perfectly. I cooked a three-pound meatloaf in half the time it took with the old one. It's super easy to clean, and quiet while cooking.

Dangerous Electrical Surging
This is a beautiful nicely appointed oven/toaster oven. The controls are easy to understand. It is solidly built and easy to use. BUT... it has an electronic/electric/circuitry issue that I believe is dangerous. I've lived in my house for almost 30 years. I've had a lot of appliances in that time. This is the first one that behaves like I'll describe below. It is directly plugged directly into a 20 amp wall plug. When I’m using it, the lights in the room will dim and flicker every few seconds. BUT, the lights on other household circuits will also pulse and flicker. So I plugged the unit into a different outlet on a different breaker… same problem. I tried a third outlet on a totally different 20 amp breaker… same problem. The unit is definitely surging power every few seconds… bright, dim, bright, dim… So, I hooked up a wattage tester and recorded the following… Oven set to toast at 450. Watt draw is 1650 for the 90 seconds. It then drops to 825 for three seconds, back to 1475 for three seconds, drops to 550 for three sec… and this continues until the unit turns off… The dimming and brightening of whatever is sharing that circuit is caused by the oven fluctuating power too rapidly with an 800-1200 watt swing in consumption. BUT it affects other circuits in my house at the same time. This scenario is identical regardless of what setting I am using… whether it’s toast or baking etc. Turning the fan off does not effect the wattage draw. I’m not sure what that part is called… I’ll call it a rheostat, and has been engineered to compensate for minute temperature differences inside the oven way too rapidly. I’d say the part is too sensitive for its own good. Bottom line, it did NOT trip a breaker, but because the pulsing of the unit affects multiple circuits in my home, I can not recommend this product as I believe a potential exists for a fire hazard.

Compact size
Love the small footprint on my counter. The unit works well but could use a light inside the cooking space..

Oven
Love this brand, had the round one that they put out years ago, that served me well right up till it broke down. I bought several other brands, but was never satisfied till I found this Nuwave on Amazon. Highly recommend.
