EXCELLENT CUSTOMER SERVICE
HIGHLY RECOMMEND!! We ordered 4 and they arrived promptly. They were just as in the picture. Very sturdy and heavy. Excellent quality. Easy to put together. One of the boxes was the wrong size chair. We called them and they immediately offered to send us another stool the correct size. They were easy to contact and work with. Highly recommend them based on their customer service and the quality of the stool we received. We will be ordering 4 more in the near future and will definitely order from this company again.

Truly stunning!
These are absolutely beautiful. After having SEVERAL bad experiences with Wayfair (last stools arrived with used dirty cushions! So weird!) we decided to order these chairs from Amazon. I love that they came directly from Maven Lane. They were so easy to put together (thank you for no Allen wrenches!) and they are exactly what we wanted. VERY high quality, heavy pieces. We love the swivel. Everything about these chairs are perfect!

Outstanding product
Such a gorgeous set of chairs for my kitchen island. I’m 71 years old, 5 foot 1 inch and female. Assembly was very easy no tools required. The chairs came extremely well packaged and in pristine condition. They are beautifully made with intricate detail and the materials are definitely quality. Very comfortable to sit on and look lovely at my counter. I’m very impressed and happy I made this purchase. I would not hesitate to purchase again from this seller or manufacturer.

Beautiful Stools, but the Wood Color Didn’t Match
These stools are absolutely beautiful, but unfortunately the wood color didn’t match the rest of my aesthetic. I only opened one box and pulled out the legs, and I could tell right away the shade was off. That said, I have to give major kudos to the seller. They made the return process completely hassle‑free and even arranged a UPS pickup for me, which I truly appreciated since the boxes were heavy and I’m not able to carry them due to my age and disability. Their customer service was outstanding. I would have definitely kept these if the wood color matched my space.

You ain't misbehaving when you buy Maven
Make sure get the right size, if not don't be like me and throw boxes away. Right size they are sturdy and very well made. Would be nice if I could replace the legs only to get the 26' height stool I need. Told company was willing to pay for them to fix my stool situation. I would high ly recommend Maven for any of your stool needs!

These barstools may be pricier than others, but they are the best barstools you can get. they are more than worth the up price. These stools are built to last.They are extremely easy to put together. They are very very well-made. Maven Lane is a reputable company and their customer service is bar none!!!! they are very comfortable to sit in. The swivel feature is excellent. The height is absolutely perfect. I would recommend these stools above any others you see on Amazon

Excellent addition for your countertop island!
Great quality. Ordered a set of 4 for my counter island. Items looked fantastic, so I ordered two more for around my Brunswick bar. Dark walnut matched my area. Very easy to assemble, no tools needed. Seat very comfortable. Good back support.
