Perfect for air travel!!!
I purchased this to replace my 17-in HP laptop. Because the bezel is so thin all the way around on this LG it's an inch shorter, making it possible to open up and work while I travel. Depending on the airline I could not fully open my HP. The amazing thing though is that when you measure the viewable screen on both, it's the same. This LG is also 1 1/2 pounds lighter than my HP which makes an amazing difference when you're carrying it in a bag on your shoulder and packing it in a carryon. The haptic keypad has a good touch and the touchpad is not too sensitive. The non glare screen is absolutely wonderful, I can actually see the screen in varying lighting conditions and it does not strain my eyes. I would purchase this again and wish I'd purchased it years ago.

Worse purchase I have ever made ! DO NOT BUY it’s a waste of money
I never write reviews but this is too terrible for me not to. I purchased this laptop less than 6 months ago and nothing is working. My webcam stopped working after 3 months. The Bluetooth stopped functioning shortly after. And now, icing on the cake, the USB ports also stopped working entirely !!!! I cannot access crucial work files and worst of all, I cannot perform any backup of my sensitive data. I had bought this laptop for work and now I am paralyzed, not able to get any work done and I am at risk of losing all the work I did over the past few months. This was a TERRIBLE MISTAKE, DO NOT BUY. It is not worth the money, nor the time you will spend troubleshooting to try and fix it. I am sooooooo pissssed.

Easy to set up
So fast and easy to set up. Bought it for my daughter as she was heading off to college. I am hopeful that it will last her.

Lightweight and fast laptop
I bought gram laptop with 15.6inch touchscreen display, 32gb ram, i7 cpu, 1tb ssd. I rate 4 stars because keyboard does not have seperate home, end, pg up and pg down keys. You need press fn + arrow keys which is annoying. Sometimes touchscreen works by itself when you open or close the screen. You need to press screen edge firmly to change the view angle. Everything else is perfect. I recommend lg gram laptops... I even bought another one with nvidia grafics for my sister for 3d modeling tasks.

Power cable is flimsy and easily comes out
This is my third LG and I've been happy until this version. The power cable comes out super easily no matter how carefully it's inserted. When I'm using it, I have to plug it back in several times a session. This also affects charging; often I wake up to find that the flimsy cable has come out and I have a practically dead computer for the day. I'm extremely disappointed.
