Dri-Guard Original Protection Barrier Cream Tub 450 ml

Feels a bit strange when you first start using it, almost the consistency of a soft bar of soap rather than a typical barrier cream, but once I was past that, this stuff is awesome. Makes stubborn grease and grime so much easier to get off and has saved my hands from constant scrubbings as a result.

I decided to investigate other ways to protect my skin after giving myself a chemical burn from epoxy resin, I was wearing gloves but a small spillage on the work surface transferred to my arm and I didn't notice until it was too late 😞 I've now been using this barrier cream for a few weeks and would highly recommend it! The tub is large so it's going to last me ages because the cream goes a long way, it has a weird (but not unpleasant) smell which I don't notice after I've rubbed it into my skin 😅 I apply it from my elbows to my hands for maximum coverage, it doesn't feel greasy or sweaty inside my nitrile gloves and my hands feel SO nice and soft afterwards👍

This barrier cream is used by a professional a HGV mechanic. It does exactly what it needs to do in terms of a barrier cream. It’s a strong, good quality cream. It has a thick clay consistency (it’s not creamy). The product itself is lightly scented and not over powering, especially when comparing it to the wet barrier cream. It lasts as long as you need it too. It will stay on until you wash your hands. It is easy to wash off but needs to be washed off with soap not just water. It’s used daily, up to 4 times a day and I have found that with this usage it lasts around 2 months.

Im a field engieer and always struggled with barrier cream there ether to wet or to dry and ive tried loads finaly ive come across Dri-Guard this is absolutely amazing absorbed into my hands very quickly and was not greasy on the hands i also got Viking 644052 nail brush this bush is amazing well worth a buy if you want a hard nail bust that works

Got ths for my boyfriend as his hands were eternally blackened coming home everyday from engine oil, grease, transmission fluid and just about everything else. He always had to wash his hands several times and they were still stained. This works great! He says it dries in well and doesn't leave his hands feeling weird and makes cleaning up at the end of the day a million times quicker and isn't left with the residual staining. The tub has lasted him 2 years already as a little really does go a long way so 100% worth the money!!

So pleased to have found this product, great for working in garden especially under thin plastic gloves that always seem to break and let in mud, now nothing gets clogged under my nails etc just washes instantly away. Good in studio too when working in pastels. Nice smell, pleasant to use, nice big opening so quick and easy.

It’s years since I used barrier cream and I don’t recall it being as good as this stuff. It’s excellent. Rubbing the cream all over the hands, it’s all horrid, slippery etc and you think ‘oh no’! But just keep massaging it in and after just a few seconds, the cream gets thicker and thicker, then almost disappears. Hands feel slightly tacky for a minute or so then you wouldnt know you had barrier cream on your hands at all!....until you come to wash all the oil and muck and off! It all disappears so easily leaving hands perfectly clean. Really very good...I’m using some every time I do any dirty work....and need to order another pot already...I certainly don’t want to run out! Thoroughly recommended.

I can't use it, it feels as if I've covered my hands in washing up liquid or hand-wash.
