APONUO Solar Deck Lights 16 Pcs, Solar Step Lights Outdoor Waterproof Led Solar Fence Lamp for Patio, Stairs,Garden Pathway, Step and Fences(Warm White)

I recently bought these APONUO Solar Lights from Amazon, and I want to share my experience with them.Initial Impressions & Quality:First off, I was really happy with the packaging. All 16 lights were in perfect condition, and not a single one was faulty, which was a big plus. Before installing them, I made sure to charge them properly in direct sunlight all day to ensure they performed at their best.Brightness & Coverage:It's important to understand that these lights aren't as bright as electric-powered lights, which is natural since they are solar-powered with a small battery (1W output). The light is mainly good for decoration, providing a soft, warm glow.I installed them on my 100-square-yard terrace, spacing each light about 2 feet apart. I hoped they would cover the entire boundary, but they only managed to illuminate one line of the boundary. So, if you're looking to light up a large area, you might need more units, or you should consider their brightness primarily for decorative purposes.Battery Backup:The backup of these lights is around 4-5 hours, which is sufficient for the early evening hours and fine for decorative lighting.Installation:They were quite easy to install, but I used a drill and screws to mount them. Double-sided tape was included, but since my boundary doesn't have tiles and considering the weather and wind, I didn't think the tape would hold firmly. So, drilling and screwing them in is a more durable option, especially if your surface isn't smooth or if it's windy.Overall Verdict:Overall, if you're looking for beautiful and subtle decorative lighting for your garden, deck, or stairs and don't need very bright illumination, these APONUO Solar Lights are a good option. They meet expectations in terms of packaging, working condition, and decorative appeal, but it's important to keep their coverage and backup time in mind.

3/16 not working. I received 2 packets that someone had unboxed earlier. Some of the glass is broken. The light is very dim. Product is not good.

Quality seems good and light is adequate for some decoration and not really for making an area bright. One of the 16 pack is not working. So I cannot return entire pack and have to bear the loss of one not working. Reduced 2 starts for that and ok ok design.

Few days back I ordered 16 piece of lights, that was very good. Now I again ordered same 16 piece of lights, but this time product was damaged, also product quality is very degrade. Seller shipped today 9 months old lights.

Good for nothing product. Worked fine for 2-3mnths. Not even a single light is working now from 16 lights. Such a waste of money it is

Don't buy this product, firstly after opening the package u will feel its really good but its not it only lasts for 2 months and battery so tiny

They look pretty good on my swimming pool fence. However one of them doesn’t work at all.Other solar lights are working fine so I think one is faulty. It is in full sunny position so it should work.These lights are a bit flimsy, and not sure how long it’s going to last under the strong Australian sun.Also they are not as bright nor warm as I was expecting.

I received different light color (cool white not Warm), 1 piece was not working

I was redoing my back porch and wanted some solar lights. After LOTS of research, I decided on this product. The lights are a bit more expensive than others, but they are worth it. They are exactly as pictured. I followed the directions and one light didn't work. I had planned my decor carefully, so this one light was important to me. I contacted customer service and they got back to me immediately. I let them know I just wanted to return one light for one light. They sent me EIGHT additional lights. C'mon, that's some incredible "let's keep our customers happy" customer service. I think I had the additional lights within a week. I was stoked.Anyway, the lights are on my porch using the double-sided 3M strips. One has fallen off (or the dogs knocked it off) but it went right back on and hasn't fallen off again. The lights come with the screws and the strips. I will add the screws after we finish staining the deck.The lights have stood through severe rain and sun... and vultures (we live in the country and vultures like to sun themselves on our hot tub cover... and subsequently they mess with whatever is on the deck). In all honesty, I wasn't expecting to write this review. They were solar lights. But I am so impressed by this product that I wanted to let others know.Update: when I first reviewed, I was unable to add pictures. Now, a few months since my review, I'm adding some photos. Still 5 stars!
