Can you use this to wipe out and season my cast iron pan

I wouldn't recommend it! The material does not seem to be high heat resistant and the material can melt due to a hot cast iron pan. For cast iron seasoning I recommend a cotton based towel.

is this good for drying dishes and beverage glasses?

These are very small cloths. I won’t get them again

Can this be used on prescription eye glasses?

Yes. I use them to clean my laptop screen.
