Poor Quality product differs entirely from the description and what is offered on the website
Looking in to the pics if the product and while going through the description the product seems to be quite reliable, however the reality is not even close to what is offered and price charged, the delivered product is far cheaper and creates a question of transperancy and honesty of Amazon with customer

excellent
looks nothing like the picture but it works very well and makes my life easy. I rebought it for the second time today, I personally love it though many people might like a better quality. My last one broke in 3 months but I just rebought a new one because compared to other places, this is the best I can find here

Not as promised
I have not received scraper.Can you send me? Also the mop are thin. I was expecting more thicker as shown in picture. The bottle is not 800 ml. It is 300 ml only.

Not working product
The spray does not work and functionality is poor. There is no ease of cleaning as the no cloth is larger. It has gone defunct with 15 days.

It is an okay/average product
The build of plastic isn't great. The scraper piece as shown and mentioned in the product description and photos was missing. I am sure the seller/manufacturer isn't going to deliver that separately. In person, the bottle where one would fill some liquid is tiny. Don't expect that the bottle volume would replace the bucket-dip-rinse method.
