Do I need to wear insulating gloves to install the led corn bulb ?

You do not need to wear gloves to install these bulbs. They have a plastic cover over the LEDs, so you won't be touching them. They also run very cool, so while they do get warm, they do not get nearly as hot as a regular incandescent bulb. These are nice bright bulbs, best used with a shade.

If i accidentally leave it on overnight will it burn out?

I don’t know if every situation would be the same but I did accidentally leave mine on overnight and it was still working the next day.

Are these waterproof?

They are not, although the seller states they are waterproof the bulbs have open vent holes.

Are these light bulbs dimmable?

The box containing the bulb states not suitable for dimmers.
