My phone phone battery is bulging, so I purchased this after doing my research. I'm so happy with it, although battery life isn't that great-- it works and I could still use my phone!!!

The battery is compatible with my phone but the life of the battery is very short, if you don't plug in your phone at night you will wake up with a dead phone. It dies rapidly even with no apps running. Greateful for the quick delivery and price though.

My original phone battery was draining quickly because I am using it that since it was released over 4 years ago 🙃 so I bought this better to replace with old one. However this one drained even faster than my old battery. I think they just put a new cover on the old batteries restored from old phones and sell it to you 🫤 Wasted my money and time 👎

My Samsung Galaxy Note 20 Ultra 5G fell victim to the notorious swollen battery syndrome so the battery had to be replaced. The battery sent was the correct replacement, and a lot of helpful tools were included. So 5 stars, overall. This is NOT the seller's fault, but it is somewhat difficult to replace these batteries. There are videos online that help guide you on this. In my case, the swollen battery had already begun popping the back cover of the phone off, so removing the adhesive sealed back cover wasn't a problem. Moving on... you have to remove all the tiny loctite embedded screws holding the battery cover in place, unplug 5 micro connectors without damaging any of the pins, pry the old battery off the adhesive holding it in place, remove and replace the battery, reattach the micro connectors, and reinsert the screws. It can be a DIY, but it's NOT for the weak of heart. Good luck! Tip: I had better luck with a larger-handled appropriate size screwdriver I had in removing the screws which didn't seem to want to budge. The tiny screwdrivers included were really not much help. Bottom line: DIY, my phone is fixed, and it didn't cost me $100+ and days without my phone. 5 stars.

Battery arrived quicklyand was packaged with tools for replacement. Though it is marketed a 5000mah battery, I am unable to verify with my phones firmware. Just listed as the default. Replacing the battery can be dangerous... you are using metal and plastic pry tools after soaking an aluminium battery tray with alcohol. Be sure not to puncture the battery sheath. Takes patience prying a little at a time especially when replacing an OEM. I was thinking of returning it after 3 days and 3 charge/discharge cycles. The battery would be dead in less than 8 hours from light use. After about a week of letting my phone die before recharging, I noticed that I still would have 40% after 10 hours of moderate usage. I start my day at 3:40 am and at 9 pm I have 40%. This is after 4 hours of web videos and music streaming throughout my day. Overall, I recommend this battery! As long as you follow the instructions and be patient with charging and discharging recommendations. I think it is better to give it 8 to 10 cycles for maximum results. As I said before, can't verify it at 5000 mah but, to get 16 hours of solid usage and have 40% left, it is far better than what I had before. Would definitely buy again.
