I can't know if it is doing anything. I've got 99 dozen problems and don't expect miracles from this. Only hoping it helps to prevent recurrance of a severe issue (read some scientific peer reviewed journal articles which suggest it could). This is easy for me to use, following directions. Not gonna break the bank (but all the things I'm told to try would). Have a sip of something you like to drink on hand after you count as directed. I just use water. But then I may sip something with flavor. I'm a sensory sensitive, but I'm far more sensitive & averse to many odors, sounds, and tactile concerns than to tastes. I hate some tastes, but this is not terrible and does not make me want to avoid using it.

Many people take it for mental clarity/energy support; that’s my goal too. I can’t promise miracles, but it’s been easy on my routine and feels like a steady, gentle addition—no jitters. I also like that it’s Made in the USA, GMP and third-party tested as stated. My honest take: Can I see results? I’m not suddenly solving problems I couldn’t solve before. I work in an office, I use my brain every day, and I’m realistic. I hope the science behind ALCAR is sound and that it helps me maintain a good quality of life over time. That’s why I’m trying it—and so far it’s simple, tolerable, and consistent. Why did you pick this product vs others?: I really think this was working. It strangely was reducing cellulite in places I could never smooth out. It takes pretty sour but still not too bad. The scary thing is that it started messing with my kidney stones so if you have any DO NOT TAKE but if you are free of those then it’s GREAT!

I ordered this supplement due to its claim for helping with circulation and breathing abilities. After trying it for a few days, I haven’t noticed any significant difference, but I am hopeful. The product itself seems like it is made with good quality ingredients, and the manufacturer claims to have a third-party that test the product. Just like any other supplement there’s really no way for me to know how true this is. However, I think it will work just fine. You take 17 drops to get 593 mg of l-carnitine and I prefer to use this over the tablet form as it’s just way easier for me.
