Great quality overall and looks really nice in person. The materials feel solid and well made. Assembly took about 2 hours, instructions were clear and everything fit together without issues. Very happy with this purchase so far.

Love this bed it is definitely comparable to the expensive $3,000 ones Works amazing and was easy to put together I did it myself in an hour or less. It is heavy duty like really heavy duty I accidentally dropped it on my arm and now have a bruise. Make sure to connect the bottom hydraulics before you put the whole bed together and can't figure out how to lower it. Great investment especially for the price! Highly recommend getting it!

The chair works great. Perfect for the price. The only thing is that it is very hard to assemble; the manual is not very clear.

The one that works is great. Performed tumescent lipo on it without a problem. The second one does not have all the parts or screw locks. The remote features are backwards (the feet buttons elevate the head, the head buttons elevate the feet). It is unstable, I can't use it. I have yet to get a response from the company so I'm out +$699. It's a gamble!!! Broken without a response!

Good for the money. Instructions were not very clear on how to assemble the hoist section. It is not very sturdy. Size and functionality is good. I wish it moved a little faster when adjusting height reclining.

Like the versatility of the bed but it sits really high off the ground even at the lowest level, I find clients need a step stool. Also it’s sturdy, but it does wobble a bit

I searched for months to find an affordable that’s not $1k or more. I saw this. Amazing reviews. I’ve been dying for a hydraulic chair which my beauty business and my clients love it! Very comfortable. Looks sleek and professional. It’s very durable. My son jumped all on it and it didn’t budge. It was fairly easy to assemble. My husband got it set up quick. If you’re looking for a hydraulic chair, this is it!!

It is not sturdy at all. It feels like you’re going to tip when you get on/off. For the money, I expected better.

Terrible chair do not purchase, and even worse seller!! I am on my fifth attempt to try to get a return label to be able to send this chair back. It is not worth $1000 at all, it is not stable, creaks with any movement (from a 100lb to 200lb person), wobbles and moves with any repositioning at all, it came with rust on some of the metal, as well as dirt on the white actual chair, and yellowing. I filled out a return request the day that I set it up, and I am almost 2 months trying to get the seller to send me an actual return label - they just keep responding with the same formed response over and over again, but never a new label.
