This is a very nice hardshell case, the lining is a soft velvet material, it's perfectly sized to hold Sony MDR-7506 headphones with the attached cord and RCA jack. Don't know why others think it's too small, I folded my headphones as I always do, put them in the case and coiled the cord around the remaining space, they fit exactly with no room to shift around. Now I won't have to worry about the headphones getting dusty in between sessions or accidently being damaged - definitely worth getting!

My case arrived without the inside pocket. On the seller's page the case is shown in the photograph with an inside pocket. Overall the case is strong and fits the headphones well. But if the seller shows the case as having an inside pocket in the photograph of the case, then they should send a case with an inside pocket. The case is just like the photographs except for one thing. That one thing is that the one sent to me hasn't any inside pocket. It is a great case, but one thing would make it just like it was shown in the sellers photographs. That one thing would be for mine to have an inside pocket. My case has no inside pocket. It Would make me happy to have an inside pocket. I don't have an inside pocket. They sent me a case unlike the one in their photographs. They sent me one without an inside pocket. I am sad not to have an inside pocket. I did dream of having an inside pocket. My dream did not come true. I have no inside pocket. What will become of me now? I have no inside pocket. All is lost. I am unfulfilled because of the lack of an inside pocket. Well, you get the idea.

This is a superbly made product, and I’m glad that I now have this case to protect my stand-by Sony’s that I’ve had for over 30 years. The case itself is hard and durable, the interior provides the perfect amount of room, without crunching things, as well as keeping my phones from clattering around. The zipper is smooth and easy to pull, and there’s even eyelets on the zipper that match up, in case I want to secure them with a zip tie or mini-padlock. I don’t think I’d ever use that, but if I had kids around, it’d protect them even further. The mesh pouch inside the lid is also a nice feature for carrying small items, like extra guitar picks or a pen and paper. I’m really pleased with this item, and it’s well made for the price range!

I delayed quite a while ordering this storage case for my Sony MDR7506 Professional Large Diaphragm Headphone but wish I had done it sooner. The large headphones fit perfectly in the case and extra storage is in a net bag in the lid. The case is very sturdy and has a quality zipper plus separate hand-carry strap that attaches to a solid ring. There is a soft felt-like surface inside the case to protect the headphones. Although I don't have any plans to travel with the headphones, the case provides a convenient, practical, and protective storage for the headphones when not in use. I would highly recommend this case for anyone desiring a good quality storage case for their Sony MDR7506 Headphones or headphones of a comparable size.

This case is semi-rigid with a nicely finished and padded inside with an additional compartment for additional items. The Sony MDR 7506 headphones came with a non-detachable coiled cable which really must be contained or it will get tangled in itself. This case does the job perfectly. Very happy.
