Pure Biome Balancing Serum by Derma-E for Women - 1 oz Serum

I absolutely LOVE this serum. I have acne-prone combination skin and combine this with a simple salicylic acid serum twice a day. I was previously using another very expensive serum that had salicylic acid, niacinamide, and probiotics, and wanted to find a cheaper alternative. This has all the ingredients except the SA, hence my combining it with another serum. Overall, I actually ended up loving this WAY more than my previous high-end product! The only thing that would make it even more perfect for me is if there was salicylic acid in the formula, but even having to buy the two separate serums, it's still cheaper than the previous product, which was about $40 for one bottle. What I like about this serum: The texture is very smooth and not tacky/sticky at all. It sinks right in, plays well with my other skincare products, and leaves my skin feeling very hydrated. This combined with the SA serum has drastically reduced my breakouts and I feel like my skin tone (hyperpigmentation, melasma) has really improved. The price point can't be beat, and is honestly better than a lot of high-end products out there.

Used the whole thing, it really helped my skin when I was going through a flare of perioral dermatitis. It was one of the only things I could use that calmed my skin down. It went on smooth dried down without being too tacky. Love anything with cica in it as it's great for redness and irritation!

I absolutely love this product! My skin went from nothing to something as soon as I used this. I had constant breakouts “hormonal acne” but not I figured out a skin care routine and this is always in it morning and night. It reduces the pimples to nothing and takes the redness away, you get about 2 in a half weeks worth with the bottle size they give. Amazing quality and it very moisturizing! There’s barely any scent to the product which is also a plus! You need to check out this amazing product

Skin softer & dullness is gone.

Exactly what I don’t want in a natural product—sticky. Derma E used to make a brown gel moisturizer for sensitive skin that wasn’t especially attractive but absorbed like a dream. Not sure why they discontinued it, wish it were back. ETA: I'm editing my review to give this 5 stars. This serum is a little sticky, but I find that if you rub it in well it soaks in and the stickiness pretty much goes away. The skin on my face breaks out with creams and a lot of moisturizers (even Derma E's blue cream and blue serum), but not with this serum. And it adds a light dose of moisture. I will say that the dropper does not work at all and it needs a pump.

I love Derma E. They sell the best face care I have ever used, But I was disappointed that at least a third of the bottle leaked out in the mail. There was no safety seal or anything to keep it closed.

LOVE THIS SERUM!! I am on my 3rd bottle! It will always be a step in my skincare routine. I use it daily AM & PM. I have acne prone skin that tends to also be a bit on the dry side. Since I’ve been using this product (about 6 months now) I’ve noticed a huge change in my skin. The dryness is gone and I’ve been able to keep the breakouts to a minimum. It adds hydration for sure! Quickly absorbs into the skin. It does not have a scent which is great for the face. This bottle would probably last 2 months for one person using daily. You do not need a lot of this for each use, maybe less than a pea sized amount and I mainly add it in my hand with my moisturizer. Works great! I initially bought at Ulta in the store but since that first purchase I have been unable to find in their store again. So I am super glad I was able to find this product on Amazon and for a better price too! I will continue to have this on auto delivery! Highly recommend.

I was having a lot of breakouts and couldn't figure out why or how to fix it for awhile. I can't say this product was a miracle, but along with the rest of my skincare routine, this helped my skin feel more balanced and clear. It's gentle, doesn't really smell like anything, and you only need a little. I do wish the dropper would pick up more product though, it only seems to get about half full and you sometimes have to go back in for more. It is a little bit gooey and it's green, so it does look a little bit like snot, if you think that will bother you. But there's also the opportunity for some hilarious practical jokes there. I think I'll definitely reorder!
