Will this attach to my magnet car charger?

You can sliding off the whole base (your PopSocket attached on base) for charge your phone with magnetic wireless charger(when you want to).

Will it work for a galaxy s21 ultra or do i need to buy something to go with it?

This is a magsafe magnetic base. You need put a magnetic round (sticker) on the back of an s21 phone case or to your phone for it to attach magnetically too. I stuck a pop socket to this magnetic base and attached it to a round magnetic sticker on the back of my phone case so that I could use magsafe products.

how sturdy is this on a magsafe phone case? also, will this damage my phone, like will the magnets mess it up?

It’s pretty sturdy. It’s only come off when I dropped my phone or got caught on material in my back pocket. I’ve had mine since February and it hasn’t damaged my phone, but I also have a MagSafe case on phone.
