Safetots Locking Double Plug Socket Cover, Baby and Child Safety, Cover for Plugs and Socket, Pad Lock Included, Protect The Plug Whilst Protecting Baby and Child

Easy to fit. Bought for an elderly relative who has dementia, and lives alone. Prevents them using the cooker, as no longer safe to use it unsupervised.

My mother-in-law suffers from dementia. Recently she has been pulling plugs for important electrical appliances - for example the telephone - out of their sockets. I fitted one of these locking covers to prevent her doing this. It was a bit footery to fit but once in place it does the job we bought it to do.

It stops my mother that has dementia taking out freezer plugs

Excellent

Still able too turn off with cover on

Easy to install but i had to modify it as padlock pin wouldn't come through hole on front cover, aperture on cover for padlock hasp could be much bigger. Also, to get box to close properly requires a bit of manipulatation to get lugs to snap shut, padlock hasp could be longer also. The most annoying part is the almost £7.00 p and p. Would not recommend on this basis alone, item not eligible for Amazon Prime??

Got this for my mum, does the trick
