I have a Spectra S2 and needed a smaller flange and this worked perfectly with my pump! I made the mistake of waiting and then using the standard size 24 for too long and irritating my skin. I originally tried another brand of the insert type smaller flanges and felt they moved too much and worsened the friction, so I specifically looked to get a smaller neck pump flange that was one piece. I find it easy to clean, especially as a slathered lanolin on mine to ease the friction. The pictures clearly show what is included. I think it's a great sales feature that you can get a 1 or 2 pack for those of us that are asymmetrical! I ended up getting a two pack because it shipped faster though!

I NEEDED this, I made the purchase for my spectra 1 pump and I wished that I did sooner. I was introduced to this product by my lactation consultant. Lifesaver to have plastic flanges in the correct size vs using silicone inserts. The flange itself works great, but the external threads don’t match the spectra internal threads on their bottles, so sometimes the bottles don’t secure properly. Overall, it’s not a huge issue and they’re the best option I’ve found.

These were perfect for my Spectra S1 pump!! My pump only came with one size flange, and I prefer not to use inserts (just another thing to clean), so I ordered these flanges in my size. They are good quality and affordable. No issues whatsoever! Will order again when it comes time to replace them.
