Definitely helps with sleep.
Have had trouble sleeping for several years, as my mind is just constantly engaged. Apigenin definitely helps with my ability to relax and drift off. Dreams are kinda wild, but I can live with that.

Great sleep
Iโm a chronic โcanโt sleep through the nightโ sleeper. I have no issue falling sleep but struggle to stay asleep and if wakened, I have a really hard time falling back to sleep. This product has done wonders. I have a much easier time falling back to sleep in the middle of the night if Iโm wakened. It doesnโt help all if the time but absolutely helps the majority of the time. It is now part of my regular sleep routine.

Great Apigenin supplement
I've been having trouble sleeping for a long time.. I conducted some research after a buddy recommended Apigenin. I ordered this one from Boscent based on customers feedback. Iโm impressed, it worked on the first night using it. I've been taking it for about two weeks and it's made a major difference in my sleep. I felt refreshed the next morning. 30 minutes before going to bed, I take one capsule (which includes 100mg). I'm more relaxed and fall asleep faster. Apigenin did not cause me any side effects and did not leave me groggy when I woke up. I'm happy with the quality and price of this supplement, which comes with 120 capsules... It's equivalent to a four-month supply. Highly recommended.

Good product
I take this supplement as part of a program to improve wellness and increase healthspan. I have experienced no adverse effects that I am aware of, and the capsules are easy to swallow. I take more than one supplement, so I am unable to say what this supplement contributes on its own. I think this is the best apigenin supplement for the money.

Deeper sleep. Better rest
Works well. Could be myself, but i still find my thoughts racing when trying to sleep, so I take a small amount of melatonin, but my body feels heavy. Feels like I get better, longer sleep. I seem to have a lot more dreams as well though out the night
