This is a good way to stay very hydrated. My partner uses it when he goes football and says it helps so much with his hydration and stamina and I use it for gym and can agree! Love the taste of it, usual electrolytes taste disgusting but the flavour of this isn’t so bad :)

Used this when cycling in Lanzarote, also gave one to another person we both felt it was easy to drink and the Tropical flavour was good.

Tropical Punch is usually not my favorite flavor for things, but in this case, I really like it. Not like, it's ok for an extra hydration replacement drink, but I really really like it. I can't speak to its effects on joint health, or digestive effects, and I have nothing to offer in terms of a scientifically defensible review of its hydrating properties, but it does taste good and I like mixing up a large glass of it after a hot run. The powder disolves easily and doesn't leave a lot of floater powder in the drink. I do feel like it does a good job of hydrating after a lot of heavy sweating. Doesn't have any odor and is not too sweet or syrupy. Bottom line, it's a good mix up drink to feel like you're rehydrating, that tastes good and doesn't seem like it's just sugar water.
