No it is not heavy enough and we have Skilz gold Flex for weighted swings

What is the length of the stretching pole?

The pole is adjustable from 52 inches to 74 inches or anywhere in between

How much weight can but put onto the pole while stretching?

I weigh 200 lbs and I am comfortable doing all the stretches on the pole. I've never had an incident where the pole collapsed or bent.

Expensive, But great Stretching Pole.

Love this training aid. My Pro introduced me to it and swore by it. I've been using it before i have a round and it really helps to loosen up and stretch out. Only negative is that its expensive.
