Prenatal Multivitamin, Vegetarian w/Folate, Iron, B6, 60ct

Recommended by my OB because they are through pretty tested and the cleanest most effective prenatal on the market. Good quality. Good ingredients. And you know you’re good all the right things, for the price. ⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️ I continue to take these even after having my baby.

Nordic Naturals is one of the cleanest supplement companies in the world and although they are a little pricey they are well worth the investment zero side effects smell is what you would expect from any vitamin helps with energy levels. Nordic Naturals uses quality ingredients no fillers No Nonsense no BS they use the more bioavailable versions of things so your body can absorb the nutrients and vitamins better for instance they use methylfolate which is more bioavailable version. No issues with swallowing no upset stomach although a little pricey they are well worth the price.

I used Nordic Naturals Omega 3 supplements throughout my pregnancy and appreciate the quality , lack of smell, and pleasant taste so when I saw they had a prenatal , I immediately bought it and have been using it during my immediate postpartum period. After just taking it for a few days, I noticed an immediate increase in my energy levels and attribute this to the iron in the supplement. I was concerned the iron would lead to constipation (which can be a nightmare especially immediately postpartum after a vaginal delivery) , but the iron used in this supplement seems to be very gentle and I have had absolutely no issues. The taste and smell are not horrible and the size is easy to swallow although you do have to take two pills for a full dose .

Meds me feel great during pregnancy and didn’t have a bad taste or nausea from them at all.

I am not pregnant but take these prenatal vitamins because they also have calcium (80mg) and iron (22mg), among other critical vitamins and minerals, which is hard to find in a multivitamin. They also include a combo vitamin A with both beta carotene and retinyl palmitate. The downside is they are on the more expensive side for a 30-day supply. They are also a bit chalky and big to swallow but worth it for the combined vitamins.

These seem like a nice quality but I ended up saving them till after the baby was born because my 24 hour 8 month long nausea and vomiting session wasn't having it. Worked great afterwards though.

I've used these prenatals throughout my pregnancy and post partum. I still take them everyday and my baby is 3 months old. I love Nordic naturals ingredients. They are cleaner than most brands! I've recommended to my friends trying to get pregnant.
