Definitely works!

If you are buying these to take to a pro then I'm sure they are great. I have done a lot of soldering back in the day but could not successfully do this job. Half of the pins are hidden under the connector making it impossible to get the soldering iron tip to the tin. Requires more advanced soldering skills than I'm capable of. I ended up buying another switch..the product looked fine though, just beware of the difficulty of this job..

Fitting and functionality are great! The tools, however, are not the best quality and the tips either shredded off or bent out of shape; had to use a whole separate tool set to finish repairs.

Great replacement for nintendo switch lite.

Awesome product..

Juts want I needed to replace the charge port.

We hoped this would fix my son’s switch but we weren’t able to take the switch apart without a soldering iron. I’d recommend getting it done professionally even though we’ve had good luck diy-ing other electronic issues.

This kit has a nice feel to it, comes with everything needed to open and fix the broken usb C port from what I can see. Update: this is not a simple swap out, it requires a full tear down of the switch lite, some semi complex soldering and reassembly. Not a basic person job and it’s a real test of my skills! It also helps if you have the right solder, flux and heat gun for this.

This product should have came with instructions or a least provide a link with how to change the port.
