Q: Do these taps come with the shower head and hose or do you have to buy these separately?

I haven't secured a plumber yet so box has not been opened (just in case he says there's a problem) but reading the outside of the box it lists the contents; Vitalio start 100 shower head, shower hose 1500mm, GET bath taps and wall holder so I'd say you definitely get the shower head and hose.

Q: Are these suitable for installation in the UK or Ireland ?

Yes, just need to ensure you purchase the 15 mm x 3/8-Inch UK Compression Fittings/Adapter that will be sold seperately for Grohe taps.

Q: Can this be used in high or low pressure systems

Hello, I think it can be used with both but not too sure. Our sis high pressure system. But this mixer is not ideal for us.

Q: Do you know whether the shower hose is a universal fitting i.e will adapt to more or less most shower heads ?

As far as I can tell, yes. However the wall mounting is next to useless to use as a fixed shower head and would suggest you also purchase a sliding shower head assembly. Nice tap though and would recommend.

Mega cool bath tap! Highly recommended.

What a fantastic bath tap!! I am telling you the best one for water pressure you can buy! Shower pressure is extreme! With my added unvented cylinder it’s perfect match. Very stylish as well with long lasting shower hose. Well worth it to invest in Grohe brand. It’s direct fit and can be replaced very easy! Highly recommended, worth every penny

Looks great and works well

Item looks great, works really well and feels like a solid item. Two monir gripes, the hand held shower head feels a bit cheap and is plastic, as is the shower head holder.

Superb Shower

Water is very fast, has a big shower head and the actual shower and tap finish are really classy. It’s just like a hotel shower. I’m very impressed

Looks so stylish!

Although we did have an issue with part of this fitting, it was dealt with very quickly. It looks brilliant in our bathroom and works really well. We are very happy with it.

Poor quality of product.

This product looks nice but is of very poor quality. Water drips from the tap after 4 weeks of use. I contacted Grohe about this - no answer. I do not recommend buying it.
