I used this cable behind a wall mounted TV to power the TV (Samsung) and Sky Q mini box (other power socket was being used to power a soundbar). Good quality cable, no issues with fit/compatibility, performance or longevity (has been in use for 2 years now). A great solution if you need more power sockets but are short on space or want a neater solution that running using a multiway plug. Price is good for the quality. Highly recommended.

Don't get me wrong this is a very well-made cable, value for money and I am sure having many uses. I wanted a splitter cable to allow me to use two camera battery chargers from one socket whilst on holiday making it lighter to carry than two charger cables. However, this unit on its own weighs in excess of 400 grams and the size of the actual splitter is enormous. The length is 2.5mtrs which I was aware of but the whole unit when curled up made it functionally impractical to carry as a light weight alternative. I have dropped one star really because I felt the description photos should at least show the complete cable and not just parts of it. Also, the unit weight would have sounded alarm bells and I would not have purchased it.

I've bought two of these, one for the home office, and a second for the office office, where I probably shouldn't be spending my own money but wanted tidier wiring. I'd rather the the dual part was a little longer, but it works fine for matched 24" monitors and probably 27" too. I like it.

Value of money any plug in any link video games or dvd whatever

I wanted to run my TV and SKY Q box (which are on a shelf) from one socket without having to start using messy adapters and this did the job brilliantly. One word of warning - it really is 2.5M long as described! My TV and Sky box were right next to the socket so had to tie up all the spare cable. It's much longer than the original TV and Sky cables so would be great if you want to move them further away!

I wanted to use two sub-woofers in my home cinema system and I didn't wants more wires than absolutely necessary. They are side by side and this mains cable is brilliant. Powers them both and just one cable to the ac socket! No other wires or extension lead or adapters required. Love it!
