What's the dimension of the base? Particularly width-wise on the counter?

The base is L = 21cm W = 17,5cm D = 4cm

Is this kettle made completely of stainless steel on the inside or is it just the base which is stainless steel ?

It is only the top half as seen in the picture which is stainless steel. The inside is BPA free plastic. Love this kettle as I can now drink my green teas at the correct temperature. No more guess work. Fast boil. I don't find it noisy as some reviewers have said. It's early days as I have only just purchased but so far all good.

How long does the guarantee last

I have just ordered my third Bosch skyline TWK8633 kettle. They are very efficient but do not expect more than two years life from them. Both of my previous kettles have expired just after the guarantee expired.

Can i keep it warm as long as i want?

No. The keep warm function stays on for 30 minutes at the set temperature, unless you turn it off by removing the kettle from the base, or pressing the Keep Warm button, or the power button.You can of course just turn it on again by turning the kettle on as normal, and pressing the Keep warm button.
